Got the tenders which were very good . It came with fries, also good but the one complaint I have is they have no ketchup! I asked a second time to be sure and lady at counter said "we don't have ketchup" ... Odd since they serve fries.

No one in line during Friday evening yet the food is cold and old. The chicken sandwich still had pink inside of it, the fries were literally cold and mushy like they've been under a heat lamp too long. ONLY saving grace was the famous bowl which still looked skimpy compared to how it used too.
So yeah, no wonder they're not busy. This place straight fell off! Shameful.

We paid $32 for 8piece variety bucket of chicken 2 large sides and 4 biscuits Husband ordered online I wouldn't have paid that much 10-2-24 The biscuits are so hard that they crumbled into hard pieces I called to speak to manager a women said he was too busy give name and # and he'd call back I told her about the biscuits and the cost and she loudly told me to come in there for 2 min.s and see what they were going through I said Somebody's not doing their job That's too much money to pay for hard biscuits and she hung up on me I understand this is a busy time but don't sell biscuits that cannot be eaten and don't talk to customers like that when you do $32! Ridiculous!

Made a change to my order before paying and I can hear employees complaining about how they already started making my order. Cashier taking my order kept rolling her eyes at me and made me feel really uncomfortable. As a customer who used to love KFC, im very disappointed in the customer services and the lack of regards to customer’s feelings and simply just being kind!

Made an online order through uber eats so already paying a premium. Everything was delivered on time etc, but the food was extremely old and tasted like the fryer grease needed to changed. I'd be embarrassed if my store let this food go to a customer.

Manager has a attitude problem to the wrong people I used to work there $50 is the current price for 4 to do the buffet macaroni isn't included on buffet just a heads up I wasn't given. I used to work there in 2017 amd it did and the buffet was 10.99 for adults vs 15 and change. The Manager is basically ghetto and in Easley that will get her fired because I'm going to call cooperate she's going to be evaluated for a attitude I have a business pushing 6 figures a year and now they want have business imagine how she would talk to elders on Social Security it's not a ego thing but it'd reality she going to be the same smart ellic miserable person who doesn't need to be the face of a big business that's lucky to still be running closed down multiple times don't advise you to eat there not a friendly environment not welcoming.
