They didn't offer to fix the shortage they instead offered to cover a new 16pc order. ❤️

This is the closet location, every single time we stop here, there's other people coming back because they messed up their order. Every single time. The older guy taking orders is completely clueless.
They messed up my order numerous times, the manager has to go behind them to make things right. The older lady in front of me today had a simple order, and he messed that up.the customer was elderly and wanted to eat there, he bags her food up to go. They make the stupidest mistakes daily.

Cannot get orders right. They bagged up someone dining in and people were coming back because order wasn't right. They need new management.

Three of us walked in to eat a little after 1pm. We stood there waiting and waiting nobody would take our order. A couple of employees looked at us but continued to stay in the back. They only came to the counter after we were annoyed and walking out the door. We left without eating not sure when/if I will be back.

I chose this location because my uncle wanted something to eat. And he's at the Prisma Hospital in Easley. Anyway, I was in the drive-through waiting over 6 minutes for my order to be taken. Which I never got the chance to. This was around 6:50 pm. And there weren't many vehicles in the parking lot. So I don't know why the waiting was so long. There was a vehicle in front of me. Their order was taken and was told to pull around to the window. But I never got the chance to do the same. I won't be back if I'm ever in Easley again!

New recipe is same as old recipe. Greasy wet batter chicken. Tried this as it was a free bucket with 15 dollar purchase. Nothing to be impressed about. Service was ok. App functions correctly.

We ordered food through DoorDash. It said it would be ready at 10:05. My husband went up there to pick it up. They’re completely closed. They saw him they wouldn’t answer him or anything.

Went to get buffet after calling to be sure that buffet was being served at this location. They said Sunday buffet 12-4pm. Showed up at 2pm and was told buffet was shut down.
Haven't eaten there in a while, but I deliver from there quite often. Fries are spectacular

The other night I came through KFC and these young guys not only gave me the wrong order but the food was terrible. Today I went in and Manager Milette was absolutely outstanding went above and beyond the call of duty. She gave me the very best fast food experience I have ever received. I wish companies had more employees like Milette she's an outstanding worker and a clear example of excellence. Thank you Milette. Andrew

The lady taking our order was very rude. She was yelling the choice of sides... we did not get any napkins or plastic spoon for our mash potato's, than our order was wrong. Walked in, got yelled at again. Got our 2 all white 2 piece order. It was nasty, very greasy, uncooked biscuit. Will never go back there again.
I walked in and up to the counter to order and the 3 or so employees were working on drive thru orders and an order for a couple who were the only ones dining in. No employee acknowledged that I came in or came to check to see if anyone was in line. They were just talking with each other. Eventually I made eye contact with a cook but he didn't say anything and looked away. An employee came to bring food to the counter for the diners, made eye contact with me with no expression, then went back to the kitchen. I waited a few more minutes because I hadn't had KFC in awhile and was in the mood for it. I waited probably about 15 minutes before just walking out.
Do not go to this kfc the manager is disrespectful with an attitude the employees just stand around instead of working they claimed to be short staffed but yet was not busy at all kfc has gone downhill over the years I'm surprised they haven't completely gone out of business by now I guarantee you if I did a survey nobody would chose kfc when there are better options when it comes to chicken restaurants
