The other night I came through KFC and these young guys not only gave me the wrong order but the food was terrible. Today I went in and Manager Milette was absolutely outstanding went above and beyond the call of duty. She gave me the very best fast food experience I have ever received. I wish companies had more employees like Milette she's an outstanding worker and a clear example of excellence. Thank you Milette. Andrew

The lady taking our order was very rude. She was yelling the choice of sides... we did not get any napkins or plastic spoon for our mash potato's, than our order was wrong. Walked in, got yelled at again. Got our 2 all white 2 piece order. It was nasty, very greasy, uncooked biscuit. Will never go back there again.

I walked in and up to the counter to order and the 3 or so employees were working on drive thru orders and an order for a couple who were the only ones dining in. No employee acknowledged that I came in or came to check to see if anyone was in line. They were just talking with each other. Eventually I made eye contact with a cook but he didn't say anything and looked away. An employee came to bring food to the counter for the diners, made eye contact with me with no expression, then went back to the kitchen. I waited a few more minutes because I hadn't had KFC in awhile and was in the mood for it. I waited probably about 15 minutes before just walking out.

Do not go to this kfc the manager is disrespectful with an attitude the employees just stand around instead of working they claimed to be short staffed but yet was not busy at all kfc has gone downhill over the years I'm surprised they haven't completely gone out of business by now I guarantee you if I did a survey nobody would chose kfc when there are better options when it comes to chicken restaurants

Rude drive thru person. Rung up my card for Bucket of chicken, then was told they were out of wanted chicken. Why would you charge my card knowing you’re out of particular chicken wanted?

This was the best KFC I have had in a long time. Had the Buffet and tried all the chicken. Will definitely be back.

Went through drive. The person was not friendly at all. Got home the chicken was so hard I couldn't eat it.

Drive thru girl was not friendly and rushy. Didn't feel welcome at all. We asked for crispy and we were told we don't have it. After a pause she says it will be 3 minutes and didn't take my side dishes order. I had to ask if I needed to tell her, to which she sounded upset to have to get it.

Spent 50 bucks for a family meal. Got 1 chicken sandwich with potatoes.and the wrong drink.

Got the tenders which were very good . It came with fries, also good but the one complaint I have is they have no ketchup! I asked a second time to be sure and lady at counter said "we don't have ketchup" ... Odd since they serve fries.

No one in line during Friday evening yet the food is cold and old. The chicken sandwich still had pink inside of it, the fries were literally cold and mushy like they've been under a heat lamp too long. ONLY saving grace was the famous bowl which still looked skimpy compared to how it used too.

So yeah, no wonder they're not busy. This place straight fell off! Shameful.

This is the sorriest place I have ever ate at from the food to the service is just down right plane out sorry it needs to be shut down just plane and simple there's just no excuse for it I will never eat here or recommend this place.

Closes 30 minutes early. Didnt give me all my food last time, drink had no syrup straight carbonation, doesnt even have pot pies??? they always have attitudes. How are you making money at this point
