Service here was AMAZING! Way better than the KFC in pickens. I was extremely disappointed with what KFC calls chicken tenders. You pay,on sale, $10 for what they said was 8 tenders. At least 6 of the 8 tenders I ordered were no bigger than my pinky finger. Come on, yall got to do better. Make the food match the AMAZING service.

Got there at 8:35 pm to order food and they were closed. Website says 9pm. Seems as if workers are lazy

Pulled up to drive thru the cashier wasnt friendly..ordered 8 piece with slaw and potatoes and tenders. Got to the window and the male cashier was laughing because he made the next customer mad and they drove off without ordering. I paid and ask for napkins ,plates and spoons ,sat there about 5 minutes and was asked to pull up not sure why but pulled up waited 15 minutes and decided to back up and ask what I was waiting on...when I backed to the window a lady was waiting there and stuck the bag out before I said anything..no sorry or thank you or nothing..I drove off got home and had green beans which I don't even eat..I called and the guy said he would replace next time I came..I said do you need my name he said no I will remember it..needless to say I didn't want to deal with them anymore at this point..but I wont go back because it wasnt fresh so not sure why I pulled up

I had the worst experience at any restaurant here today. After ordering a bucket of extra crispy chicken, I was told at the drive through window that they didn't have enough extra crispy and they could substitute original for the extra crispy. I declined and asked how long it would take to wait for extra crispy.. At this point, the girl at the window got irritated and told me it's a 20 minute wait. I said I was fine with waiting 20 minutes, so after rolling her eyes in disgust she waved me to a place in the parking lot. I set a timer for twenty minutes on my phone and waited after eighteen minutes, I decided to go inside so I could wait in the lobby for my chicken. As soon as I walked in the door and she saw me she came over and said, it's another five minutes to wait. I said, well, that would mean it's taking twenty five minutes. She again gave me her disgusted look and said, I only have one fryer that's how long it's gonna take. After waiting about three more minutes, she came out of the office went and picked up a bucket filled it with my chicken then disappeared to an area where I could not see her any longer. She returned about a minute later put the lid on the bucket, put it in a bag and handed me my chicken. When I got to my car, I decided to open the bucket to check to make sure I had the eight pieces that I had ordered. As soon as I opened the bucket, I looked in and saw that she had literally scraped every bit of the crunchy outside part of all of the pieces of chicken off and left them in the bottom of the bucket. So my chicken had absolutely no coating on it whatsoever. Every bit of the crispy outside coating was completely scraped off! She was apparently so angry that she decided that she was gonna remove every bit of the crispy part of my chicken because I had the nerve to actually wait twenty five minutes for extra crispy chicken. Apparently the owner of this KFC doesn't care either. By looking at their reviews about all of their employee's thisisactuallynormalbehavior!. This will be the last time I ever visit this KFC if you want Kentucky Fried Chicken I would suggest going to the Powdersville KFC their employees don't have mental issues and are actually polite!

Ordered 2 extra sides of Mac and cheese didn’t get either. Also did not get my side sauce with my meal. Employee at the counter was nice but the execution of the order was horrible

Ryan from KFC has great customer service very nice and respectful young man it’s hard to find nowadays he made sure my order was hot and fresh it’s another employee with Locs but refused to give his name I guess he thought I would leave a bad review but no these guys were amazing thank you my food was great

This is the closet location, every single time we stop here, there's other people coming back because they messed up their order. Every single time. The older guy taking orders is completely clueless.
They messed up my order numerous times, the manager has to go behind them to make things right. The older lady in front of me today had a simple order, and he messed that up.the customer was elderly and wanted to eat there, he bags her food up to go. They make the stupidest mistakes daily.

Cannot get orders right. They bagged up someone dining in and people were coming back because order wasn't right. They need new management.

Three of us walked in to eat a little after 1pm. We stood there waiting and waiting nobody would take our order. A couple of employees looked at us but continued to stay in the back. They only came to the counter after we were annoyed and walking out the door. We left without eating not sure when/if I will be back.

I chose this location because my uncle wanted something to eat. And he's at the Prisma Hospital in Easley. Anyway, I was in the drive-through waiting over 6 minutes for my order to be taken. Which I never got the chance to. This was around 6:50 pm. And there weren't many vehicles in the parking lot. So I don't know why the waiting was so long. There was a vehicle in front of me. Their order was taken and was told to pull around to the window. But I never got the chance to do the same. I won't be back if I'm ever in Easley again!

New recipe is same as old recipe. Greasy wet batter chicken. Tried this as it was a free bucket with 15 dollar purchase. Nothing to be impressed about. Service was ok. App functions correctly.
