The other night I came through KFC and these young guys not only gave me the wrong order but the food was terrible. Today I went in and Manager Milette was absolutely outstanding went above and beyond the call of duty. She gave me the very best fast food experience I have ever received. I wish companies had more employees like Milette she's an outstanding worker and a clear example of excellence. Thank you Milette. Andrew

Got the tenders which were very good . It came with fries, also good but the one complaint I have is they have no ketchup! I asked a second time to be sure and lady at counter said "we don't have ketchup" ... Odd since they serve fries.

We did an online order. Received it about15 minutes later than was expected. We ordered the 6 PC meal. Didn't receive any white meat.. dark meat only. Ordered Buffalo and honey barbecue sauce, which we didn't receive. Ordered potatoes without gravy. Came with gravy anyway. Very disappointed. Will not consider online ordering from KFC ever again in the future.
