Little Caesars Pizza

Waited over an hour being told my pizza was almost ready over and over, extremely frustrating and ended up cancelling and never even got my pizza.

Been decorating all day for Christmas, so my granddaughter went to pick up pizza and breadsticks. We are tired and hungry. She said the girl at the window was extremely rude (don’t have a name) and the pizza she brought home was cold and definitely NOT fresh. I don’t know about the breadsticks because I did not try them. Very disappointed in the food and the service.

I’ve ordered the garlic parm wings multiple times but yet they are NEVER the same. i’ve had wings that hardly had any sauce in the container, some with way to much and today we have achieved garlic parm wings WITH NO SAUCE. for me to be spending almost $10 on some wings i’d expect them to have their sauce. then to charge me almost a dollar for a thing of ranch is insane. employee asked what i wanted at the window and i told him my name for the online, he disappears for a few minutes then comes back with what was supposed to be our food. We could see workers outside and the man at the window seemed to be the only one in the store. As a restaurant manager myself i’m highly disappointed in not only my food but the entire atmosphere of this store.

I went last night and I was really tired. A really nice girl named Lola helped me pick what I wanted. She was really kind and patient. Would definitely drive the extra ten minutes just to go to this little Caesar’s again!

I have no idea who the lady wearing the purple shirt I am gonna assume she’s a Team leader but her attitude is awful!! The way she speaks to her employees while the store is full of people waiting is just unbelievable. The way she spoke to a customer at the drive thru it just couldn’t be me!! She is awful rude!!!

I did delivery, and since they use doordash, it takes over an hour to get to you. The only way to get it faster is either pick it up or put a big tip so they can get it to you.

About 30 minutes 30 minutes till closing time which is fine and so we was having to wait 13 minutes on our pizza. We got our pizza and got home and seen it. It was burnt and cheese bread that we had was also burnt. The crust was hard and it was almost edible and there was no sauce and the food was not good at all, but the young lady in the drive-through windows she was polite. I will say that much.
