Maybe I've spoiled myself with frequent trips to Ruth's Chris, Halls, !and Justin's, but my most recent trip to Longhorn in Easley wasn't the best experience. To no fault of her own, the bartender was stretched thin with no help. We had to wait for everything, but so did everyone who sat in the bar area. The Ribeye I had was seasoned perfectly, but not cooked to order (medium). The steamed broccoli wasn't steamed, more like it came straight from the garden. I've had better experiences, this review was based off my most recent visit. I'd still give it another shot.

I can't remember how long ago I had a steak as delicious as the perfectly grilled filet I had this afternoon! It may well have been the best steak I've ever devoured.

Steak was questionable quality and potato was barely edible. The waitress was phenomenal however so props to her for making the best of it.

I went to meet a group of friends at noon on a Saturday. The wait staff was amazing. Our server was attentive and friendly. I ordered the petite filet, a salad with ranch and Brussel sprouts as a premium side. I ordered the filet medium rare and ir was cooked to perfection. The Brussels were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The salad was chilled with a good assortment of mixed greens and the ranch dressing was bold and creamy. This meal would get high marks at a pricey steak house for twice the price. I am super impressed with the experience I had at LongHorns!!!

The waitress never came. We ordered our food and I needed a refill of drink. She never came. Food was delivered by someone else. Asked if we needed something. I said a refill. It never came. I ate half my steak to notice that it was rare and not medium. Asked waitress from other table to get me my refill. Finally the waitress that was for our table came. We were already finished eating so i asked for a manager. Showed him the undercooked steak and told him how our waitress never came. He told me to alert someone next time. Who should I alert when the waitress was never seen. Other waitresses who weren't looking our tables way? Bad experience overall other than the people eating having good conversation. Total bill was $120 plus to only get one refill of drinks and food to not be cooked properly.

I left a review earlier for Clemson, Longhorn so read that one first and take a little extra time to come eat at Longhorn in Easley, SC. We were seated immediately, with in 20 seconds or less our drink order was taken. I order was placed within minutes and the food came out perfect. Take the drive to Easley Longhorn and forget about the one in Clemson/Seneca. Ask for Sarah D's section. Excellent customer service!
