We ordered on Christmas Eve and it said we had 24minutes left to order . . . But almost an hour later I get a message it’s been cancelled, they should have said that from the beginning and not waited until it was supposed to be here, soooooooo disappointed

I enjoy the pizza but the service is getting bad. Previously I ordered for pickup and they had not started the order when I got there at the specified time. This time I ordered delivery and the pizza was not sliced.

One star. Advertised anchovies but can’t meet menu. Last time I use them.

I ordered delivery so I cannot speak to service or atmosphere. That being said, I've ordered hundreds of wings through delivery over the past couple decades and am usually delighted. I like them crispy and well sauced or dry rubbed. Crispy is the key word here though. These are absolutely god-awful. Gelatinous nightmare. I paid over $16 for 10 of the most inedible wings I've ever had. I can't even get a refund on this garbage. Do better, Marco's. If you can't bring wings to the table, take them off your menu.

There was zero and I mean zero white sauce on the 2 pizzas I ordered . There was 1 slice of pizza that had marinara sauce on the pizza ordered. No buffalo sauce on my wings or in a cup. Worst pizza order ever!!! Nearly 90 bucks for sauceless food. SAUCE!!! WHERE'S THE SAUCE????!!!!!!!!!!!@@

Food is great. I believe one of the best fast pizza places. Last time i went to Marcos for a pickup order the employees was rude and acted like they didnt see anyone at the counter. In fact there was 6 people at the counter waiting.
