The man who was busting his butt in there today making pizzas and doing what he could deserves a serious amount of recognition. He is always working hard and giving excellent customer service even during extremely stressful times. This wasn't the first time he was short staffed and still doing what he could to deliver amazing food and excellent service.Today he was something like 30 orders backed up and the phone was ringing off the hook. He held his composure and balanced everything as well as one man could be expected to. He was also trying to get more help to come in while he worked.Strangely, this may have been the best pizza we have ever had from there, and they always have excellent food.

I usually don't leave negative reviews but I placed my order and went to pick it up when the website said 15min. I waited 25min after I arrived and then my pizza had no sauce on it and the wrong pepperoni. After spending my time gas and money for this pizza I will never go back to this Marcos again. Shame because the one in Columbia SC was so good.

Stopped in to get their hot honey pepperoni pizza. Had a good coupon.The pizza was very good!Very friendly staff working during my visit.There is no inside seating, so pickup or delivery are your choices.I'll definitely be back.

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order. When I mentioned sauces missing the person at the counter brought back 1 ranch. I said, “oh aren’t there 3 ranch and 1 pizza sauce?” It said so on the receipt. Rather than double check the receipt she contested me on that.You have to understand that our individual ratings directly affect the amount of money we make. Missing sauces means lower ratings. So, if someone suggests there may be missing items, take 2 seconds out of your life and check the receipt.

DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID THIS PLACEYou accidentally double charged me when I raised a tip for a delivery driver. Should be an easy fix on your end, unfortunately you made it an absolute nightmare. Your GM is a TERRIBLE person for not contacting me back after i was told he would for over 10 days straight. It wouldn't of taken but 30 seconds of his time for a simple apology. I ended up just reversing the charge through my bank.I would've been satisfied with a gift card. It's not that I needed the money to eat, it's just morally i wasn't letting you keep an extra $30. Especially when I was doing the right thing and helping out the driver by doubling his tip.Not a good company at all, in the future always do what's right. & don't make it a headache.I did 500k last year. The amount of time I spent on this was ridiculous and frustrating to deal with a negligent company, but I refused to let you keep anything that isn't yours.

The pizza grease was very abundant so much so it leaked through the box & onto all of my clothes. The pizza wasn’t cut either. Pretty disappointed overall.
