This is not “fast food” you literally serve chicken and beef why do I always have to pull up and wait damn 30min for my food when everybody behind me gets there’s. So then my kids food is cold by the time I get my order, and the customer service is shit because they want to argue about giving your money back and replacing the food!

Place is a joke, waited 20 minutes for my daughter's happy meal then they messed up her order and brought us the wrong one, went to get it corrected and took another 30 minutes to put lettuce and mayonnaise on a bun, about 6 other people were also coming back to the register waiting for their orders to get corrected as well last time I came for breakfast the lady told me that there is no such thing as an egg mcmuffin at McDonald's, always a problem at this location

I paid for a large meal got the larger fires , and a small drink , the young manger yell at me told me you did not , pay for a large , 3 other people told her he did get a larger, but she raised pure hell over a drink , I said forget it I would never eat at this bad service place Again , young angry female

Bonnie handled my order at the McDonald's in easley and I have to say this was the very best customer service experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurants. Bonnie was excellent in everyday. Thank you Bonnie and I will be coming back to easley McDonald's again. Thanks to Bonnie
Went through the drive thru today and ordered an $80 order. They were busy already and they were doing the best they could, even with the Karen in the drive thru two cars behind me.... They got my order right the first time even though I couldn't get a receipt.

went to get the chicken nugget minecraft meal, they gave me 8 chicken nuggets. NO fries. a drink and the toy. total was $14. next time make sure you put everything in the to-go bag.
