I need you guys to figure out your soda machines. Why is it every time it’s ether out of syrup, not carbonated, or doesn’t even taste like the soda I chose.

30 min to get a happy meal after being asked to pull up in the drive through. Still had to go in to pick food up. Forget dine-in at any McDonalds now they have ruined any experience from having to ask for everything from ketchup to napkins and even your drinks. Have spend 45 minutes just to put all food in for a family on screen.

I am not exaggerating when I say this place sucks if you decide to dine in! They take forever! They only focus on drive thru. For every 20 orders for the drive thru they do 1 for dine in. And if your “lucky “enough to have a person at the dine in counter they are completely useless and just stand around doing absolutely nothing. It genuinely pissed me off when I stood there 30 minutes being ignored and my food as there ready to be served BS!! Clowns!!!

I ordered a Big Mac Meal from McDonald's in Easley SC. When I got home (20 minutes away) I had my drink, fries & apple pie. There was NO Big Mac in the bag. I called & they wanted me to come back so they could 'make it right'. 40 minutes round trip that they should've made right the first time?? I don't think so. It doesn't matter which McDonald's you go to anymore cuz they ALL mess up your order & have zero customer service qualities. I will NOT be back!!

Went through the drive thru around 4:38 pm today 1/4/26 and the lady taking my order was so rude. Had no respect, talked in a disrespectful manner and tone. (It was the lady at the first window, that took my money) all I’m going to say, is it takes ZERO effort to be nice. ZERO. You don’t ever know what someone’s going through. Either change your attitude or change your career..

I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:20 and when I got to the store at 10:45 they said they no longer had breakfast items available. Which is a joke bc they should have made my order and had it ready for me to just pick up. They said they would cancel my order it still showed up for me to pick it up. When I called to ask about it I got hung up on and called back talked with 2 other people that said my refund would show up 2 hrs later. Which is a joke so now me and my son have to not eat anything bc I used my last bit of money for this order. They were very rude and not professional at all. I will not be back to the McDonald's in Easley every time it's always something wrong or have to wait for the food.

We ordered breakfast before they stop serving breakfast and we got there late because we were too far away and they said we can not get our order because it was past the time to get breakfast and they had a bad attitude and they hung up the phone when we went a refund

Horrible customer service. The worse. Kids run this store.who ever the store manager is should be fired. Now you have to wait 5-10 min for a refill🏃🏃🏃

This is the 2nd time in a row I ordered this exact meal from this location and had the exact same issue. Someone needs to be fired. I worked in the food industry for a long time, it's not hard to read an order request ans make the meal correctly.

I door dash for a living and it's the same song here every time and it doesn't matter the time of day. I never get greeted, a simple hello goes a long way but you won't get that. More than 3 employees will look at you and then look the other way fast and act like they are busy. The communication is absolute garbage. It's by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too.

Every time we come lobby and play area is dirty. I get this place is busy, but cleanliness is key to a great business.

If a customer has to clean there own table to eat there is something wrong.
