Most of the time we love Merrells, but we ordered yesterday afternoon for pick up and it was a not great. Our 18" pizza was perfect, the rest not so much. The knots were a little over baked. I ordered online and it was a little different. Ordered a kids cheese pizza, a 14" pizza-half double pepp, half double sausage, and left instructions because the online system was highlighting a half so wasn't sure if it was going to show. And paid for it. The kids pizza just fell apart, and it was stuck to the cardboard insert. Called my husband and said we weren't charged for double meat, so he had to pay extra. And we ordered 2 things of garlic knots, both with garlic butter and an extra garlic butter and relieved zero. Got the 2 marinara. Normally love Merrells, but this was a bad experience.

Good atmosphere. Cheesy rolls were like pizza dough/cheese cinnamon rolls - tasty and cute. Pizza was good - definitely a few steps above average, with the dough on the hand tossed being the highlight. Well worth a visit.

Stood at the hostess stand for about 5 mins. 2 employees walked right past us. The first girl said the hostess would be over shortly. The other girl asked if someone had helped us. We said “no” then she walked away. When we first walked in there were about 6 girls standing in the back staring at us not doing anything. There were also only about 3 tables that had customers.

First time there. We ordered White Pizza & Lasagna. They are really good & price was not bad! The waitress & the manager were really nice and they found out this was our first time there, they gave us a free fry cinnamon bread which hit the spot. We are impressed by the food and the service. We'll be back for sure!!

We loved everything about our visit- from the friendly staff to the atmosphere and especially the food. We highly recommend commend the cheesy rolls! Our group tried the King Julian (better after more dressing for the lettuce was brought out), the Philly cheesesteak pizza (got half steak and half chicken and liked both) and the Buffalo chicken ranch pizza (substituted the bacon and jalapeño for banana peppers and onions) on hand tossed crusts. So unique and delicious! We were stuffed, but managed to put away quite a few of the Cinnaballs they brought us as it was our first time here. So good!

The server was very kind to my excited 8 year old son that was trying very hard to be a big boy ordering on his own and asking for carry out boxes by himself. We were the only customers sitting outside at the time, but she was very prompt with her service and never forgot we were there! The food was prepared in a very timely manner, and was hot and delicious!! Very hearty portions for just the two of us!!!!

I came here for an early birthday lunch today with my mom and Emma was our server, she IS SO SWEET!!! We had a margarita pizza, wings, GARLIC KNOTS(😮💨 outstanding), and those delectable cinnamon sugar fried dough desserts…everything was delicious but the service we got made the experience! Amazing food, excellent atmosphere, and lovely staff! THANK YOU AGAIN EMMA!!!!
