Very overpriced pizza for the quality. Charged us over $30 for a veggie pizza and it was made horribly. Covered only the middle of the pizza, hardly any cheese and hardly and of the veggies that were not as orderer, and just so skimpy. So very little for the cost! Won't go back. We'll stick with Two Bros and Your Pie.

Service?? What service?? After waiting about 15 minutes and a waitress passing us by four times, and my husband going in and asking for a waitress, we finally left! Disappointing! 😠

Came in from the center entrance not knowing it was the wrong one since this was our first time there. From this entrance the sign at the hostess stand reads please seat yourself which makes sense considering in the hour we were there I never saw a single waitress/ hostess at the stand. They were too busy dancing and goofing off at the counter at the back of the restaurant near the drink machine. The waitress approaches the table and informs us that in the future we need to wait to be seated. She wasn’t exactly rude but probably could have handled this better. It appears her issue was that we were in her section at the table farthest from the counter she wanted to hangout at. My apologies for sitting so far away from your hangout spot. The pizza was decent. Not bad but not great either. 2 brothers is just as good and friendlier staff. The waitress seemed to keep her attitude every time she came by the table. Thankfully that wasn’t very often. But at least she did bring us fresh drinks just as we were almost done eating in hopes of getting a good tip. She got a tip but it’s what she earned so it wasn’t a very good one. Needless to say I won’t be a repeat customer.

Most of the time we love Merrells, but we ordered yesterday afternoon for pick up and it was a not great. Our 18" pizza was perfect, the rest not so much. The knots were a little over baked. I ordered online and it was a little different. Ordered a kids cheese pizza, a 14" pizza-half double pepp, half double sausage, and left instructions because the online system was highlighting a half so wasn't sure if it was going to show. And paid for it. The kids pizza just fell apart, and it was stuck to the cardboard insert. Called my husband and said we weren't charged for double meat, so he had to pay extra. And we ordered 2 things of garlic knots, both with garlic butter and an extra garlic butter and relieved zero. Got the 2 marinara. Normally love Merrells, but this was a bad experience.

Good atmosphere. Cheesy rolls were like pizza dough/cheese cinnamon rolls - tasty and cute. Pizza was good - definitely a few steps above average, with the dough on the hand tossed being the highlight. Well worth a visit.
