Waitress was rude. The food tasted awful. Was not pleased with my dining experience. I’ve been coming there since the doors opened. And this was the worst ever

I was afraid that we would be stuck in a wait since my friend and I went during the lunch rush. They got us right to a table and our server was with us before we could blink.Amazing food with good prices. My friend got a taco salad and I got the Mr. Cactus Burrito and we both loved what we ordered.Dietary restrictions: When the server was told we didn't want any cheese or any other dairy type products on our food he understood and we got our food with no problems

Worst service ever! I was served an item made incorrectly. When I told the waiter, he checked with another waitstaff member and informed me he could bring me a plate of beef to put on top of my food. Correct answer should have been...let me get you what you ordered. I asked for the manager and he did not offer a resolve. I told him I ate a taco so I would certainly pay for that but not for a plate of beans, beans and rice. This gentleman, who had told me he was the manager when he came to the table, returned a moment later and told me the manager said I had eaten some of the rice so they would charge me half price. They served me the wrong item...how could they not simply bring me the correct item so that I could enjoy my meal at their establishment? What was there need to continually make my experiences worse? I did not raise my voice or curse. Even left a tip on my husband's dinner. This wasn't my first visit but definitely my last! Suggestion....managers, fix your mistakes!

The food was just ok! Nothing special...I didn't like any of the salsa's. The grilled chicken breast my husband had did look really good.

Hold onto your sombreros, folks, because Mr. Cactus is about to take your taste buds on a joyride to Flavor Town! This place is the whole enchilada when it comes to Mexican cuisine.First off, let's talk ambiance. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a fiesta of colors and decorations that make you feel like you've stumbled into a tortilla factory. The mariachi music playing in the background adds just the right amount of spice to the atmosphere. Now onto the food. Holy guacamole, where do I even begin? The tacos are so good, they'll have you saying "adios" to every other taco joint in town. And the burritos? They're so big, you'll need a lasso to wrangle 'em into your belly! But the real MVP here is the queso. Oh, señor queso, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Creamy, cheesy, and oh-so-delicious, it's like a warm hug for your taste buds. Seriously, if I could bathe in this stuff, I would. So, if you're in the mood for some south-of-the-border deliciousness, do yourself a favor and mosey on down to Mr. Cactus. And hey, this review definitely deserves a free queso, don't you think? ????

Food is great and service usually is as well. Jesus is top-notch and seems to care about his customers' experience. The music is a little loud for me but I'm sure others enjoy it.
