Not only was the food delicious & quick but the service was above & beyond. I did my best to order off the app but I didn’t do something right. An employee named Summer was incredibly patient & helped me get the order put in.
Ling is truly amazing. I don’t know ling personally but i seen the name tag. Every time me and my boyfriend get panda ling is always on top of everything , making sure we experince amazing customer service while also making sure we get our food fast. Nice smile, Great energy , Very respectful and making sure we have everything we need. We will be coming back every time because of Lings amazing customer service ! 😊 ❤️ 5 stars !
Saturday, October 18, we came through drive-thru in the evening. They had just had a rush from the end of the Clemson game and they were out of something we ordered. But whoever was working the window and I think a manager were so nice about it explaining the situation and giving us other options. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They handled it very well. Great job!
