my first $90 order was stolen by the delivery driver. we were refunded and told to place the order again. we did so and this time went to pick it up. Another $80 spent and this time I didn't even get my meal but we got everything else. this is beyond absurd! I wont be back!

Ordered UberEats I ordered something simple. Just soup a bread bowl and an apple. Please tell me why I not only didn't get my bread bowl. I didn't get the apple and they tossed in a brownie. Very negligent very annoying. But hey thanks to your unprofessionalism I got a free meal!

Panera is always a great place to go out to eat. They are extremely fast at getting your food out to you and it's not overcrowded. Update: (2 stars) This Panera has added placemats that are always sticky and the tables are disgusting. Update: (5 stars) They have really stepped up and the tables seem pretty clean now.

We ate at the one in Easley SC and it has been good. Sandwiches so far good, salads, good, drinks are always stocked up and a great variety, soups are good. Really like that you can get an apple instead of bread or chips as a side. Bakery is ok. Not all Paneras àre good but this one is. Thanks for good service too.

Are you short on chicken? If you pay over 10 dollars for a salad that has chicken can you not put chicken on it? Asked for extra croutons so, I guess I get none. Shame on you!

Service and atmosphere was spectacular keep it up. my food on the other hand was dreadful except for the brocaly cheddar soup. the bread was stiff and cold the macncheese had zero flavor accept for the bacon in it which gave it a Lil flavor. First time going to panera nice ppl but won't go again.

This Panera has greatly improved under the new management. Breakfast was very good and the coffee as well. The whole menu has changed with more offerings for a good price. Will be back soon!

It is the cleanest places I've ever seen every one is very nice always helping each other if one gets hir or her job cought up always asking if they can help someone every good place to dine out very family oriented my 9 year old greatgrand daughter says it's her savored place to eat ❤️
