This Panera is hit and miss. Sometimes your order will be correct and amazing, other times you will be missing items or you will be shortened. The other day I ordered a bread bowl, and didn’t receive bread for it. Today I order a chipotle avocado ranch sandwich and they were out of avocado but I still went ahead and ordered just to be given the smallest cut bread with barely any meat in it…I work across the street and it’s been a pregnancy craving of mine so to be shortened when you’re paying over $10 for a sandwich is disappointing.

First time, went to Hendersonville location yesterday 5 Stars all around fell in love with the steak sandwich! Wanted one today and I am very disappointed, the restaurant was dirty, my sandwich was terrible, it barely had any meat on there and it was no where close to yesterday, I want be back at this location because it seem to be filty, don't know why they think carpet is a good thing! So disappointed in this sandwich where it was so good in Hendersonville! 😞😞😞

Staff is friendly, courteous. Quick turnaround on the food, thank you. Manager came by to say hi and see that we were all sorted out.

Facilities are clean, all good.

Napkins and straws station all organized and neat. Drinks dispenser working no issues. Thank you staff for keeping your place great. Thank you for being open on Sunday.

my first $90 order was stolen by the delivery driver. we were refunded and told to place the order again. we did so and this time went to pick it up. Another $80 spent and this time I didn't even get my meal but we got everything else. this is beyond absurd! I wont be back!

First I ordered via the app for delivery, $89 order after tip and taxes. The driver drove past our house twice marked the order delivered and took off. The restaurant got door dash to refund my money because they couldn't get the driver on the phone. The GM told us to replace the order. My husband did and he picked it up. This time they gave my husband everything EXCEPT my food. I'm beyond tired of eating out because the food cannot even all be put together and given to the customer the first time.

The store manager has an exceptional work ethic. I have observed him maintaining the cleanliness of the store and going above and beyond, always on the floor. He chats with the frequent customers and has built solid relationships. This Panera Bread location stands out as the best I have been to, making it my favorite.

The worst customer service you ever get in this location. I ordered online and the delivery guy never delivered it. Their response was worse than the incident itself.
