Pizza was not prepared correctly and items were missing from the dessert order.
Our order was a small/simple order, I can only imagine how bad they would mess up a large order.

Updating from 5 stars to 0 if I could. Your customer service sucks. Your driver took our order to the wrong house left it there, and then brought the SAME order back to my house over 2 hours later. Management at the store was a joke. They thought it was funny, and refused a refund. Corporate emailed me a week later and made excuses for the store, but gave a refund. 0/10 across the board.

Worst Papa John’s around! Just ordered a pizza and picked it up. The pizza was ice cold, soggy, and not made correctly. There was hardly any cheese on it, and the sauce, cheese, and toppings were not evenly distributed at all. Half of my pizza doesn’t even have sauce or cheese on it because these people are clearly so incompetent they can’t make a simple pizza!
Manager even called to verify that we wanted our 12 pizzas as I had indicated online. Great service. Punctual. Typical pizza for a pizza joint.

I placed a delivery order, but the driver forgot an item and mentioned the store would compensate me. However, when I called the store to report the issue, I was placed on hold for an extended period without a response or follow-up.

Hit or miss recently. Hadn't ordered in a while, so decided thats what was for dinner. Ordered around 4:15pm for delivery to arrive around 5pm. At 5:15, still no pizza. App says still preparing. 5:35, door dash delivery driver text that it was still being prepared. We call the store at 5:45, to ask about it and make sure it was still going to be hot, that it had just been picked up, and should arrive shortly. Right at about 6 it arrived. Definitely was hot but thankfully was good enough. Just a little ridiculous.

I was visiting family, and we decided to drop in this Papa Johns for some pizzas. Not only were they courteous and helpful in identifying the best deal, they tossed our (3) pizzas together in record time. Total time in the store was 16 minutes! Great job, Papa Johns team!

Very rude staff! They never came to the window when I pulled up at night. I went back the next day because I have a gift card The app was not working. Tried to get Jason to help (manager)and he was nothing but unhelpful and rude. In short I won't be back to that store ever.
