Really bad customer service when calling in an order. Little Ceasars has great customer service and better prices.

Ordered delivery and it took a lot longer than stated on the order tracker. Called to check on things to see if we needed to make other plans and were told this location no longer has delivery drivers and has to use DoorDash. Have not ever had a great experience with DD so will not order delivery again. Food was OK; lukewarm at best.

I remember back in the day when Pizza Hut was the number one pizza place to go, but that was back in the day. Like so many other restaurants or other Pizza houses, they give you less and charge you more. But I'm making this post about this Chicago style pizza. First let me say it was like eating a cardboard box with seasoning, in the seasoning wasn't even that good. Little Caesars has gone up on their Pizza. They no longer have the $5 Pizza, it's now $8. But at least their thin crust pizza has flavor. Way better than Pizza Hut any day, and believe me I'm no big fan of Little Caesars Pizza. So if you're looking for a good pizza I wouldn't suggest going to Pizza Hut and trying the Chicago style thin crust. If you do don't say I didn't warn you... I really can't say much good about Pizza Hut anymore. Again like so many restaurants, they'll hire anybody, and most of those people have little or no respect for the customers. Even Domino's of all places is better than this. And by the way, don't expect a human response. If you look back at the response to the reviews, they're all the same. That shows you their lack of concern for the customers. Pizza Hut you suck !!!!!

The food was prepared on time and was prepared the way it Pizza Hut requires it to be. However the taste and quality of the food was terrible. I had switched to another, local pizza establishment for a while and only went to Pizza Hut out of convenience. I was able to eat a single slice of pizza before feeling nauseated. The crust is extremely greasy and is obvious that it includes poor ingredients. My 6 year old was barely interested in eating! I can’t say that I will be able to eat pizza from Pizza Hut any time in the future.

I truly hate that I am leaving a review like this but I am willing to change my review if I have a better experience next time. Order was $65.00. Didn't mind the price if the quality of the pizza was better. 5 pizzas with pepperoni and extra cheese and 4 orders of bread sticks and every pizza was overcooked, barely any cheese, almost zero sauce and very dry flavorless crust. The bread sticks were overcooked and dry, flavorless and stale. All 5 pizzas and 4 orders of bread sticks were this way. At least they were consistent. Pizza hut used to be SO DAMN GOOD and now it's just not good at all. Why does it suck so bad now!! Does anyone remember how good the deep dish pizzas and the bread sticks used to be. WHAT HAPPENED!! Why can't pizza hut be as good as it used to be? Zero stars for Food, Service and Atmosphere.

I have ordered here a lot and the service, food, and delivery is always great however, tonight I ordered online and a door dasher delivered it and when he pulled up his music was so loud it was rattling his car, he was smoking, looked stoned, and was bare footed, I was simply grossed out, how tacky and unprofessional!!! I called the local store and the manager was kind and helpful and got in touch with door dash and requested he not deliver for their establishment anymore and she called me back to let me know, I was very impressed. I know it wasn’t her fault however when the door dashers look like that, they should be turned away!!!

I ordered a family big box with two pizzas, wings and cheesy bread. I ordered one pepperoni pizza and one pepperoni and green peppers pizza. My ordered was actually delivered via a door dasher, who couldn’t find my address. (Since the store doesn’t control the dasher, I’ll simply say my food was lukewarm at best upon arrival).When I finally got my food inside, I found that the pepperoni pizza was lacking any amount of pizza sauce, which made for a very dry pizza. In addition, the pizza had a peculiar flavor, as though someone had made my pizza after handling sweet peppers. That render my first pizza inedible. My second pizza was better, but apparently was only sauced in the middle, so only about a third of that pizza was edible.I work hard for my money, so I don’t appreciate receiving a meal that seems to have been prepared with little or no concern for quality or the value of the money spent. Pizza Hut has lost my business.

Went in to order a pizza box didn't see it on menu .I asked to give me details about what it came with . The person said to lose attitude slammed pin down and walked off and went stood in the back of store !!!! I work in customer service I have never been treated this way !!! That person needs to be fired on the spot !!! Don't know how a company with such horrible service can stay in business!!! This happened on February 25th at 12.00 o'clock I would not even give them a half a star if I could. I was looking forward to eating some pizza and wings from there.but will never go back to a pizza hut again!!!!!!

Went in Easley store to order and inquired about pizza box and person with nose ring and short dark hair just stared at me. I asked again and was told by this person to drop my attitude!! I said "excuse me" and the person threw her hand up and said ' you can leave, goodbye" and walked off to back of store!! I have never experienced this kind of rudeness before! I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know about this unacceptable experience! I don't understand how this person can treat customers like this!
