I placed an order and made a mistake. I called the restaurant and they were happy to change it for me. Their food is always hot and delicious! The customer service is excellent and I wanted management to know how much I appreciate the top notch food and the customer service!! I am a very loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Ordered Takeout-- 1 large Pan pizza with all pepperoni half with onions and mushrooms.
Got-- 1 large Pan???? Pizza with all ham, half with onions? And mushrooms.
Call center with an Indian guy, couldn't hardly understand but made him repeat our order but he still got it wrong. Got a store credit but lady was rude on the phone.
I grew up with pizzahut -- sux that it's not even remotely as good as it was. Disappointing...

Cold pizza and garlic cheese bread. The pizza had no sauce, I’m not sure if they are running low on sauce or what. Just disappointing all around. 10 bucks for delivery and tip for whatever that was and shouldn’t there be some seal on it if coming from a third party? Shame on me for remembering the days that the pizza delivery actually tried to keep your pizza hot.

Horrible service tonight. We ordered double marinated. But the marinara was not even worth 1. Sad because I love these

Ordered pizza and when it arrived there was no sauce on it cheese and pepperoni with zero sauce. Who in their right mind would want to eat pizza this way?

We door dashed the BBQ chicken pizza and the supreme pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza had no onions no chicken AND no bacon on it. It was just over cooked cheese and no sauce. Literally just cheese and bread. Both pizzas were tough like cardboard. It was the worse pizza I ever and we had to throw it away. It cost $34 too (bc we got the large stuff crust).
Came in yesterday for a personal pan and the older gentleman that was working got an attitude after I asked for a refund bc he was preparing my food while touching various objects w no gloves on. Said all they have to do is wash their hands but I frequent the one in powdersville and they always have gloves on. I only went to Easley bc it's close to my job but I came to powdersville today for the cleanliness and good customer service. Now I see why Easley has a 3.7 rating. Idk if they're franchised or not but the Easley location is not sanitary. I'll never go back. Thanks powdersville will prompt, friendly, and CLEAN service

Delivery orders are consistently incorrect and I can understand why if it’s placed online. READ THE TICKET, price point is to high for the area to receive incorrect orders

Really bad customer service when calling in an order. Little Ceasars has great customer service and better prices.
Vegetarian options: I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone

Ordered delivery and it took a lot longer than stated on the order tracker. Called to check on things to see if we needed to make other plans and were told this location no longer has delivery drivers and has to use DoorDash. Have not ever had a great experience with DD so will not order delivery again. Food was OK; lukewarm at best.

I remember back in the day when Pizza Hut was the number one pizza place to go, but that was back in the day. Like so many other restaurants or other Pizza houses, they give you less and charge you more. But I'm making this post about this Chicago style pizza. First let me say it was like eating a cardboard box with seasoning, in the seasoning wasn't even that good. Little Caesars has gone up on their Pizza. They no longer have the $5 Pizza, it's now $8. But at least their thin crust pizza has flavor. Way better than Pizza Hut any day, and believe me I'm no big fan of Little Caesars Pizza. So if you're looking for a good pizza I wouldn't suggest going to Pizza Hut and trying the Chicago style thin crust. If you do don't say I didn't warn you... I really can't say much good about Pizza Hut anymore. Again like so many restaurants, they'll hire anybody, and most of those people have little or no respect for the customers. Even Domino's of all places is better than this. And by the way, don't expect a human response. If you look back at the response to the reviews, they're all the same. That shows you their lack of concern for the customers. Pizza Hut you suck !!!!!

The food was prepared on time and was prepared the way it Pizza Hut requires it to be. However the taste and quality of the food was terrible. I had switched to another, local pizza establishment for a while and only went to Pizza Hut out of convenience. I was able to eat a single slice of pizza before feeling nauseated. The crust is extremely greasy and is obvious that it includes poor ingredients. My 6 year old was barely interested in eating! I can’t say that I will be able to eat pizza from Pizza Hut any time in the future.
