It took 15+ minutes beyond the estimated extra 10 min wait. Nearly 30 mins for fast food is unacceptable. I started realizing why no one else was coming while I sat and waited. The owner of the location is doing a terrible job. At the end of the day, they are responsible for hiring competent staff. I had to go back around the drive thru to ask about my food. I noticed a worker walking in the dining area on their phone and someone at the drive thru on their phone too. They never have stuff in stock properly. Half the menu was out of stock. Food was average/bad. Wings had almost no meat. Chicken Sandwich had no breading. I suggest you take your business elsewhere until this place gets a new owner and major overhaul. What a shame cause normally Popeyes is very good.Ps. If you know people are waiting have the courtesy to get off your phones!!

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes after I ordered. I got home and was missing my extra breast that I paid for, 2 sides, and I got regular instead of spicy. The chicken pieces were also wrong. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult to fix what was ordered. Management needs to contact me. I didn’t pay $71 to be passed off about dinner. ?

Ordered Popeyes for delivery because my children all love chicken. Immediately after dinner my daughter started projectile vomiting. I just thought she caught a bug or something. An hour later my middle son was on the toilet with (you know what) for an hour. Both my son's and my daughter have continued to have stomach cramps through the night and one of my sons vomited early this morning. Never in my life has this happened to me. Beware of this place.

Management has really stepped up! This is my third time visiting this location and I have to say the service and fresh food has been consistent. The dining room is clean and you can tell someone is cleaning it regularly. I'm happy I gave Popeyes a second chance because initially I had written them off. I'm only speaking of the Easley location.

Tried the Sweet N Spicy and Signature Hot. They were good, but the Hot could be a little hotter.
Looked to be plenty of staff, but no one was doing anything . Took 35 min to get our meal. Then the food wasn’t even hot. Flavor was great. Will not be going back. The kitchen is open and chicken was sitting out on platter, don’t understand the huge delay. Terrible service.

The only redeeming thing was the chicken sandwich. First time having Popeyes and it was delicious but the service wasn't. The wait in the drive thru was on the longer side, the staff didn't even make eye contact at all with us and they were just rude.Go for the food, not the service.

I love their fried chicken, the spicy is awesome. I've only ever gone through the drive through so not sure what it looks like inside. The beans and rice hit the spot every time. The staff is always polite. It's a fast food joint that serves fast food, you get what you expect from the type of restaurant.

Every damn time I order they are out of something! I feel like I am ordering from Jack in the Box! No one tells you they don't have it until you get to the window! Then they ask you what else you want as a replacement and then they just give you fries cause they don’t have your second option either! And I guess instead of sounding like they can’t run the place as it should and have food available that they sell. They just give you fries instead! Not to mention if you want Mac n cheese there is an up charge! But when they don’t have it, they don't give you your money back! I bet they do this to everyone and the franchise is stealing from all of Easley! Or the managers are!!!! Check out Easley Popeyes!! ??

Very, very poor experience! One of the members of their staff was blatantly rude to my family and multiple customers.The shrimp was “refried” according to the younger girls who looked at it when I took it back. There was little/no shrimp in the batter it was so shriveled up. The gravy (for the potatoes) was water, the fries were cold, and the older lady who rang up our order was the most rude individual I’ve ever met.The only redeeming part of this experience was that the girl who ran the drive thru and the cook apologized multiple times and seemed genuinely apologetic. And the supervisor was also very polite once he arrived (he had gone across the street for 15 minutes to get supplies), and although at first he was only going to refund a popcorn shrimp “entree” ($6), he politely refunded the entire order when I explained the inconvenience and quality of the food.
