The staff here is a motley crew of youths who remember your usual drink without asking your name. Such a fresh breather! Sure, it's an Ingles Starbucks, and they don't always have what the corporate store has, but they do the best they can with a tiny staff and sometimes intimidating looking lines. During a rush you might have to wait a bit longer than usual (Just like at anywhere else!) and sometimes the Machiato is upside down, that's life some days though
As of right now, I've been waiting for 20 minutes to order 2 drinks. (One of which is a drip coffee) The barista helped a couple of store employees for the first 10 minutes m, then took the order of the only customer ahead of me in line. She then proceeded to take my order and the order of the person behind me before starting to prepare anything. She's clearly new, and should not have been left by herself to run the kiosk.
