I pulled in to this morning and was greeted with the most exceptional service I have ever had at a Starbucks ! It was super early and the energy from Maddy as soon as I hit the speaker MADE MY DAY! She took my order, and when I got to the window her smile and laughter was AMAZING. My drink was made correctly. And quickly. Maddy, if you read this, the world needs more people like you! Keep your good vibes and positive spirits high because you never know who might need your smile!

Love showing up in the mornings and being greeted as soon as I walk in. They know my name and I know theirs!! There's a female named ivy who makes sure my orders taken accurately and she tries her best to be quick and efficient. Sometimes my order isn't right or I can even get the wrong drink, but that can sometimes b my fault because of timing and being in a rush. Love this store!!

Unbearably slow. I've been waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes at this point. Had I not already ordered I would just leave. It was bad the last time I was here but this is just ridiculous.

I got there at 4am for the bear cup. I was the first guy in line for my wife and the firat at the register. They carried 2 boxes past all of us. Got up to the register and they said they had none. They smiled at me and said they got one and set it out last night. A line full of people with me as the first in line. The employees took them.

This is by far the SLOWEST Starbucks there is! Every time I come through the drive thru I wait 15+ mins for a a simple order. They need to really get it together. A drive thru shouldn’t take that long. Not to mention most of the time I’m missing the extra toppings I add to my drinks, yet pay for. Really disappointed in the service, quality, and timing here at this location!

Reeseā€˜s are friendly, but I have to say every single time I go here they get my drink wrong. I asked for the same thing every time a caramel cappuccino. This time they gave me a Frappuccino. The time before they gave me hazelnut. My husband sometimes takes a couple of sips out of my drink if he doesn’t order one and he is highly allergic to hazelnut. I was very grateful that I tried it this time before he did. I told him not to drink any. The time before that they made it iced. I really don’t understand why they keep messing it up. The time before that it was a latte. It was very, very heavy it was not a cappuccino. I never have time to get them to remake it Because I usually grab it on my way to work when I’m running late and don’t have time to make something for myself at home. Or I don’t realize it until I’ve already gone like the hazelnut. I think they need to pay closer attention. And I could never see it on a screen to double check and make sure they’ve put it in right. And they never repeat it back to make sure that it’s right. Again, Bruce is a friendly, but drinks are always always wrong

Twice now I’ve been extremely disappointed with this location. The staff are slow, lazy and clearly the bottom of the barrel when it comes to accomplishing even the simplest of tasks such as taking an order, properly preparing the order, and doing so in an effective and time efficient manner. Wish there was a zero star rating. The staff at this location are worthless.

I have a Starbucks close to my house but I will drive the extra 5-7 mins just to go to this one. Every time I go everyone is so nice! I stop by before working night shift and they’re just as nice. They make my drink prefect every time!

i waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window. the worker tried charging me for 2 other peoples orders twice and handed me food that wasn’t mine. after a full 15 minutes goes by she finally goes to make my drink. when she hands it to me it is a cup of milk with clumped matcha and brown cold foam which looked old. i ordered and iced matcha with strawberry cold foam. i told her i never received a drink that looked that way and i wouldn’t pay for it and i wanted a refund. through this whole encounter with the worker at the window she was flat out rude. i have never in my life had to wait 15 minutes at the window for coffee. she kept appplogizing saying ā€œsorry im on autopilotā€ but like… just make the one coffee i ordered. i got my refund, no coffee and left. i was so disappointed by this mainly because i had waited so long and was now late for work- i decided to call and speak to the store manager. the same employee from the window answered. she told me she was the shift lead and i couldn’t speak to the manager. she asked why i was calling and when i started explaining to her she interrupted me and said ā€œwell we can always remake your drinkā€ i explained to her verbatim i don’t have time to wait another 15 minutes for a drink to be wrong. she refused to give me her name, refused to allow me to speak to someone else, refused to take my name and number so someone can call me back. and now i can’t get in contact with the store manager at all because it would appear she’s blocked me number from the store phone… why on earth does an employee have the ability to that. i will never visit this starbucks again and i will be going to higher ups. i will be visiting in person to get the name of the cashier who for no reason hates me.
