I have recently been stopping by different Starbucks locations to check out which ones are great to hang out. This location is actually one of my favorites to come to minus the entrance. I acquired my drink in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly. The lady that took my order was very responsive on the order of when my drink was coming. I set up my computer to get some work done and the environment is very calm. There were always multiple tables open at any given time and the amount of plugins around the room was great and make it handy if you want to move around and charge your devices! I would recommend this location if you want a good place to relax and get some work done while enjoying a nice coffee and pastry.

In store orders get put in a priority below mobile orders and far below drive through. I waited 20 minutes for a pike coffee and left without it. During this time the entire drive through line rotated through more than once. Completely unacceptable. People inside were complaining of 30 minute waits. If the orders inside are going to be 20+ longer than drive through, put a sign on the door.

Tried to get my birthday drink I went in I was going to buy four other drinks and a cake pop there was no one in there, except for me and my family and I showed my ID I tried to pull it up on the app, but the guy was really rude behind the counter and would not help and did not care, and refused the birthday drink and threw away all the other drinks that were already made in which I would’ve paid for it when I ask for a manager he claims he was the manager and to call corporate if I have a problem in our rude tone. And as we were leaving the female behind the counter chuckled. I will not be coming there anymore. Went to a different one and they were more helpful and I got my birthday drink.

I have been semi-regularly going to this Starbucks at this location for a while now. It has been a pregnancy craving. I always like to have a straw so I can stir my drink - and this morning, they seemed to have remembered me because my drink order was ready when I got there, with a straw placed on top. This might seem like a tiny gesture, but it made me feel seen, remembered, and just overall like someone put extra thought toward me. I always have a great experience here!

I ordered a double shot espresso. Apparently their marchine was having trouble. They claimed it was working. Then she asked if we wanted blonde or regular. I've never been asked that. The espresso was weak as regular coffee.

Located inside Greenville hospital. The young lady taking my order was not friendly. (I was getting a coffee for my twin sister in ICU) I'm not used to ordering specialty coffees, so I asked a couple of questions. She acted as though I was asking her to cut off her hand ): I would acknowledge all the others were all working very hard with lots of orders. This person, however, never smiled and seemed irritated to answer my questions.The store was slightly dark but nicely arranged with products.
