The subs barely had any meat on them, had to add my own meat at home. They also insisted they didn't have my order until I convinced them to look for it and they found it. It is a very ncie looking location though with a drive thru.

This store smells extremely bad! This is the second time they have cheated me on my condiments and my toppings. I selected the option for more and they gave me barely less. I advised the owner of this and they disregarded it. She advised me that she would not give me any additional toppings. I selected the option in the app for extra mayo and none was on it. I had to beg her to place mayo on my sandwich. Because she attempted to give me packets instead. They are obviously okay with cheating their customers to save a few extra bucks.

Worst place to order from. Manager refused to honor order even with a confirmation number with the online order system. Tried showing the manager the confirmation code and she refused to look at it to verify the order. Would never recommend ordering from this place

I ordered the beast And got a much lighter version. Understand with no vegetables. It makes it smaller but the beast with half a pound of meat?? There were maybe 4 oz of meat. I also asked for extra mayo but was told by the worker that she would get in trouble. What's the point of having a button when you're ordering for extra Mayo if they're not allowed to? And the main question is where's the meat? I guess I'd have to go to Arby's for that. Not to mention the bread was way burnt.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS TO THIS STORE! THEY WILL CLAIM TO NOT GET ONLINE ORDERS AND WILL MAKE YOU GO THROUGH CORPORATE FOR A REFUND DUE TO THEIR FAULTY SYSTEMS… WHY EVEN PROMOTE ORDER ONLINE OR THROUGH THE APP? Smh

They are just very rude everytime I go. Messed up food and asked to fix it and they didn’t want to. They knew they made it wrong because they said “ oh I knew I messed that up” when I came back then they just scraped the mayo off so it still tasted like mayo.

I order a cheese pizza added pepperoni and bacon as you can see it's only cheese. I called the company and he said I could bring back my pizza and he would add the toppings. I said no I would like a whole new pizza with the right toppings and he told me they could not do that. Ridiculous you have to make me a new one when it was your fault you didn't put the ingredients I ask for!!!! Please don't give the Subway by the hospital in Easley your business. Very unprofessional!!!!

Went through the whole order for them to tell me they don't take coupons. Let me say that again... they told me they don't take the coupons that they send out. The coupons they make= they don't take. That doesn't make sense. I left and went to the other store 5 minutes away in easley and got my food there. With the coupons. So just go to the other store if you're going to easley to save you a trip.

Was told by an employee that the owner would take money from their paycheck if they put too many toppings on a sandwich. If that is true it is unfair and probably illegal.

I went through the drive thru and had to wait approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When I got my order, several things were incorrect. I got a kids turkey and cheese and a 6 inch black forest with cheese and other add ons. Neither sandwich had any cheese at all. Maybe they were out of the cheese I asked for, but they could have at least told me. I also ordered 12 cookies. They only gave me 8 and acted surprised when I told them that they were not all there. I was in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes total and the service was not great at all. No one smiled or offered a friendly greeting. There were at least three workers at all times and never more than 2 customers inside the whole time I was waiting so I'm not sure what the issue was. This is by far the worst subway location I have been to.

This franchise location does not accept paper coupons from corporate. Had a coupon for buying a footlong with drink, get an additional footlong.
