I was trying to use up a gift card, and that proved to be very hard. It would not allow me to pay the difference between the balance on the gift card and the total with a 2nd form of payment. I thought it had, but when I looked at my receipt later, I learned it had taken the entire payment from my debit card.
There was only one employee working, so service was very slow. HOWEVER, that one employee was very courteous and professional despite the load of on-line and walk-in orders. I guess the best way to describe his attitude is "Grace under fire. "

The manager is very nice and works well by herself. The store is always clean and she is always very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Thanks for always being so nice

I ordered online. When I got there my order had not even been started. There was one employee working. She was in tears. Online orders were stacked up. There was a line. I don't think they had air because they had front doors open. The manager called while the girl was trying to get my order done. The girl was telling her manager that the situation was bad and the manager, in my opinion, was a complete a hole. I told the girl to lock the doors and not let anyone else in. The man behind me turned the subway sign off and told her to take a minute, that everybody in there was going to be understanding about the situation. Very mismanaged location. I hope the young lady that was working tells them where to shove that job. We will not be going back there.

HUGE shout out to Justin!!! Came in needing to feed several people and he hooked me up! Food was delicious and he was so easy to work with! Thank you so much for stepping up to help me feed all these animals helping us move! Yall are the best! Highly recommend
Do not order unless you go in person! I have doordashed more than once and PAID for extra cheese I never get, oil and vinegar i rarely get, and more bread than toppings. Go IN PERSON and they will make it correctly because you are watching for what you asked for. I've paid for SO many extras I've NEVER gotten!

Jonathan was great! He was patient with me and had a genuine conversation with me. I didn’t go to a subway in a long time because of how horrible the customer service was but I’ll definitely be going back. Happy to see a bilingual working there and helping Spanish customers like me.

Super fast service and very clean restaurant in Easley SC on Calhoun Highway. Brandy was such a pleasure to talk to and she made my sandwich perfectly. This Subway location is now my favorite place! Thank you Brandy for making my day special with your upbeat personality!

My wife went in and ordered for us, and she asked for double meat. The lady then only put one row of meat on it, which my wife then questioned, and the lady assured her it was “double meat”. Apparently one row of pepperoni and one row of salami is “double meat”. Charged us for double meat and got a regular sandwich. I attached a picture. Disappointing

Purchased three footling subs on the app. Arrived to pick them up. Subs were ready, labeled as requested, and the Customer Service was Great. Lilly was extremely sweet, and eager to please. After getting the subs home,eating them, and hearing how much we all really really enjoyed them. I took the time to call in to Subway to find out Lilly had also made all three Footlongs. I made sure I let her know how much her time and attention to detail, as well as her customer Service was appreciated. Lilly you are a real asset to Subway, and the epitome of a Perfect Transaction. I will now be a regular customer. Great job.
