Took over 40 minutes to get our order inthe dining room. Meanwhile, the drive-through is moving pretty good. The people in the dining room should not be forgotten about while the drive-through is taken care of.

Drive thru moves extremely slow. The employee taking the order was rude and told me I would not be able to make two separate orders. My friend and I were paying for our own food. Never had an issue before.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you come and order food, this location is terrible. I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff hired or not but I have always waited over 30 min in the drive thru to even place the order. After placing it’s still another 15 min.

I've never had nastier tacos than I got tonight, you couldn't even get the tacos off of the wrapper, they were so soggy and the lettuce was so slimy, worse experience ever

Only ever made it through the drive through once and the person working was very nice. the other times I gave up and went somewhere else. If you see 3 cars it's going to be about a 40 minute wait. The food is neither fast or cheap anymore.

0/10 do not recommend they gave me the wrong order I ordered a catina chicken burrito and they gave me a hard shell taco and it was Stale and it was covered in hot sauce and cheese with only 3 peices of chicken Btw my mom chipped her tooth when she took a bite of the taco

We were at this Taco Bell this week the service the food everything was so bad we called corporate a manager was supposed to get back to us but we haven't heard anything yet our order was wrong p they just told us everybody has a bad day
I asked for a number 8 with the Dorito Tacos I didn’t ask about anything being taken off of my tacos, and I had no sour cream when I asked for extra and no tomatoes and I did not get the Doritos tacos either I got plain taco shells

I waited 20 minutes for an order and had to leave. I was the only one in the lobby, but the drive thru was a little busy. Not sure if they were short staffed or not, but I never got my order and got a refund

If someone asks for PLAIN tacos, they mean beef and cheese. so whoever put lettuce on every one of my tacos I hope you get fired for not doing your job correctly.
