What a wonderful discovery The Silos was! I can't recommend this place enough. From the moment I arrived, I was immediately struck by the calming and genuinely relaxing atmosphere. The space feels like a true retreat from the everyday hustle, with a peaceful vibe that makes you want to sit back and savor every moment.
The experience was made even better by the incredible people who run the food trucks. Every single vendor I interacted with was so incredibly nice and welcoming. They were happy to chat, answer questions, and you could feel the passion they had for their food. It truly felt like being welcomed into a community.
And let's talk about the food! The highlight for me was the ice cream, which was nothing short of divine. It was rich, creamy, and clearly made with a lot of care. It was the perfect treat to enjoy while taking in the serene surroundings. Every item I tried from the various food trucks was delicious and high-quality.
The Silos is more than just a collection of food trucks; it’s a destination that nourishes the soul as much as it does the appetite. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, friendly faces, and a truly tranquil atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Super cool spot in Easley. They have permanent food truck stalls that offer a variety of food choices: Indian, Thai/Vietnamese, donuts, loaded Mac and cheese or potatoes, etc. In the very middle is Silos Brewing. They have covered outdoor seating and a stage area for music. Overall, a really great area to dine and hang out. I love that someone thought of renovating this area and used something already established to create such an awesome space.
