5 stars all the way!!!! I messed around and waited until 3 days before my son’s birthday party to order a cake. A custom cake. They were more than helpful and made it just the way my son wanted it ( ninja kidz and penny wise). Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted amazing! The owners were also both very very nice! Best cake I’ve ever had! ?Not just wedding cake, but ANY cake. My husband and I tried one cake shop before this one. The one we tried first was very highly rated and the pictures on their site looked amazing! However, they didn’t live up to their image.Then we went to our tasting at Tip Top.What an experience! We had the best time, just eating cake! Every single person in there was super nice. They had the nicest setup for us. We decided on the cupcake option with just a little cake top for cutting. They made so many different types of cake and frosting/filling for us to try. We could mix and match and make our own flavor combos. They had a lot of flavors to choose from, including seasonal favorites. We knew they had our business before we even finished all the flavors!I remember laughing so hard with the girls there, too. They were awesome. We all had a great time!What’s even better than that though, is how beautiful our cake and cupcake display actually was. I knew it would be amazing, but it exceeded our expectations by far! They really made sure to get all the details just right for our big day. They took pictures of my bouquet and noted the colors we wanted and used them for inspiration. I couldn’t have imagined anything more beautiful than what they designed for our autumn wedding in a mountain lodge. Not only was everyone raving about the beauty and the taste, but they were even good (almost just as good as day one) after being in the fridge for five days after the wedding!Oh yeah, the price was great, too!Excellent service all around!This IS where you want to get your cake.We’re from NY, but we’ll still be back ?

SUCH AN AMAZING BAKERY! I can't say enough about this shop! They did the cupcakes and cake for my wedding in October and it was so amazing. Kendall was an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn't be more grateful for the ease! She even offered us a free cake at our 1 year anniversary, which we cannot wait for! She did my daughters birthday cake as well and it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. She and her team asked me what kind of design I wanted for my daughter, and she completely ran with it. They NAILED IT! Our daughter adored her cake, and everyone raved about how delicious it was. Such a cute shop with cute people and cute cakes! :)

The entire process, communication, and delivery was Top tier.In the beginning, we sat down with Kendall and were able to try all they had to offer. The presentation of the different cake, icing, and filling was super simple and helped us make the best decision for us and our guests. After talking in detail of all the different customizations that we wanted, Kendall made sure to stay in communication with us so that we wouldn’t miss anything important along the way.The entire team communicated with our venue so that bringing the cake was super smooth and executed timely. They arrived early to set up, and were extremely kind.A couple of weeks after the wedding , we returned to tip top cake shop to give our compliments to the team and the amazing work they did. It was also a nice surprise to be reminded that we will be getting a one year anniversary top-tier cake for free.This team is truly wonderful to work with and the cakes and treats that they make are the best that my wife and I have ever tasted. So much so, that we worked with them to also provide a birthday cake for our daughter. Thank you guys very much!

Tip top cake shop has done an amazing job for both of my girls parties! Kendall and her crew are the best at accommodating your ideas and having great outlook. The taste was amazing and the kids loved it! Definitely recommend for all your cake needs!
I emailed the store days ago to inquire about ordering a cake. I got a response saying that they would love to help me and for me to call them the next day when they opened.. to which I did. I was told to send any inspo pictures to their number and that they would look at it and give me a call right back. I sent all the info and after not hearing anything I messaged them again to ask them to please let me know if this was something they could do as soon as possible, and I had another possible baker waiting to know if I was going to place the order or not. I got no response. I’ve still gotten no response. Therefore I had to place an order else where. I would have no issue if they would have just said they could not to do it (even tho the design was very simple). It’s just the fact that I reached out multiple different occasions and just got ghosted and sent on a goose chase.
There aren't adequate words to describe the incredible work this shop does. We were blown away by the amazing and delicious cake they made for my dad's 90th birthday. The attention to detail is Tip Top!

We get all our Kid’s birthday cakes here and Tip Top always does an excellent job. They are very accommodating regarding food allergies and aim to please. Definitely give them a try next time you are looking for some baked goodies!

yes I really didn't know how to leave these reviews but after they did that to my sister and would not make it right refused.. but a friend of the family told her to dispute the charge she got her money back.... it run their 10th anniversary such a horrific experience....
