Waited in line to place my order, some Karen comes in complaining and they tended to her needs as if I was invisible. Drive thru told me be with me shortly, completes his order then takes another order as if i was invisible. Only person in the restaurant and waited roughly 10 minutes for my food, was told the chicken is cooking so i expected it to be hot. It was room temperature at best. Dining room was dirty, walked around to 5 tabkes before finding a clean one. Total lack of any customer service. Before this restaurant relocated to this new location it was great. Friendly atmosphere, hot food served fast with a smile. This will be my last time coming to this location.

Service was completely garbage. I tried to get a Jupiña with a kids meal (kids meal comes with a fountain drink.) he told me no I can’t do that I I told him I’d happily pay an up charge. He said that I can’t do that and was very rude about it. I explained that his sign shows the fountain (small) drink was 2.19 and the Jupiña was 1.99. Still made me get it separate. The guy was an *** and I will not come back to this location.

Delicious Cuban cuisine and the hostess Robin was so polite and helpful. My 90 year old mother was having a hard time explaining her dietary needs and Robin suggested the kids meal chicken fingers and rice. Simple and considerate!

Always love their food! We ordered an 8-person and 4-person family pack to feed 14, and it was plenty. The servers were friendly, but our food was not ready when we arrived at our pick-up time. We waited about 10 minutes for them to get it all cooked and packed up. Hope the service is a little better next time.
We will not be coming back…. The first bad sign was that there was only one other customer here. Many tables including our table were greasy. Our food came in takeout containers despite us dining in. It was awkwardly quiet with no music playing. They forgot the fries that came with one of our meals and when I asked about it at the counter it took 3 employees working together to solve the issue… There were mostly teenagers working. One teenager who was dining in went behind the counter several times (no uniform on). I think she must be a current or former employee. Also, in the middle of our meal one of the employees came over to the window by our table and began to scrape and clean holiday decorations off of the window. She should have waited until we left.Overall, this experience was bad due to the lack of cleanliness and the disorganization by the employees. We did not finish our meals because we were grossed out and the atmosphere was terrible.

Had to see what all the hype was about. First, I want to say that I absolutely LOVE the fact that they have Bible scriptures posted. Secondly, they have plantains which I love as well, the manager gave me extra because the wait. The Garlic Cilantro sauce makes the bowl. I got the South of the Border bowl. My first time at TG. Will come again.
