I like the food here but getting food to go is a rip off. The charge a 20% service fee on to go orders. How does it make sense to pay $2.60 on a $13.00 entree?The cook is already paid to cook the food.The sever only puts it in a bag?Waffle House needs to change their policy!

Honestly Waffle House always has good food and service. But today the service was lacking. When we got here we sat down and ordered right away. It took 14 minutes to get are drinks and the whole time we were there they didn’t come up to us to check on the table. We also never got a refill on are drinks.
The food was good. I had waffles with pecans and coffee. My husband enjoyed bacon with grits, toast, and hashbrowns. If you have ever been in a Waffle House, you know it's loud. It's a place families can visit. The staff was friendly, and we were amazed at how well they worked together.
