Last 5 times I’ve been at LEAST One thing is wrong or left out. Ask for spicy nuggets get regular. Get a potato, get nothing on it that’s ordered. Order a burger has nothing but lettuce not ordered that way. No forks or spoons anytime you need one. It’s been ridiculous and very frustrating when you get off work after a 12 hour shift get all the way home and still something is wrong after one thing was corrected in store!

Dont eat here, the managers are terrible to the employees and nothing is done sanitary. They dont care how your food comes out as long as they get it out the window quickly. Plus they NEVER clean the coffee urns so if you're getting a coffee then save yourself and get a hot one.

If you're wanting vegetables (tomatoes, onions, etc.), you won't get them today. We ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and a Dave's double. We got home, got our food out, and absolutely no veggies were to be seen. Ridiculous!!! At least tell us that your garden isn't available today...

Went in for lunch waited 5 minutes behind another guy. Someone wondered out and took his order then walked away. I stood for another 2 minutes then left. Contacted corporate but they did not reply.

My burgers were supposed to be ¼lb patties
They were the size of a .50piece
They argued with me 3 times about it until they made the burgers properly
I will never eat @this location again
Completely unexceptable
Give my people what they paid for and nothing less

Guess during training the class on pleasantry and communication skills with customers was cancelled for this location. Then add in the food was horrible. The lady in the drive thru is about as nice as a coiled snake. One and done for me here. I’m out.

The young girl at the drive-thru window was SO RUDE. I asked for a drink carrier to which she proceeded to have an attitude with me. I was also missing one of my bags of food and when I asked her for it, her response was “huh?” So once I repeated it to her, she had yet another attitude and handed it to me. When I told her thank you, she closed the window in my face. I was also missing my sour cream for my chili as well as some other sauces I ordered and paid for. I didn’t bother asking her because of how rude she was. I get if someone is having a bad day, but don’t take it out on your customers.
