Ordered at the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes for my food. The runner came back out a got my receipt. Waited another 15 minutes. The manager came out and apologized because of a mix up in the kitchen. Then told us he put some apple pies in our order for the mix up but guess what no pies. The worst service. If you can’t run 2 lanes at the drive thru than don’t.

My husband I went the evening of their Grand Opening in Easley! It was a wait as expected, but the not more than 20-30 mins. It definitely worth the wait. We have eaten it in Florida before and it tastes as good as it was in Florida. The staff were friendly and inviting. We had the banana pudding milkshake and it was great. Can’t wait to try other items because we always gotten burgers since it’s in our home town now.
Update: 10/15/2025
Grubhub cancelled our order and left us waiting for hours so I called the restaurant and the manager made it right! Great customer service. Thank you for fixing our order.

I have both fined in and ordered take out from Whataburger. I appreciate the patriotic signs. The customer service even on busy days has been high quality in my experience. I hope they can maintain that standard.

I like to use the app so I can see what my customization options are and find good deals. Still haven't tried the milkshakes but the burgers and fries are amazing. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, next time I'll ask for extra hot sauce. We love the onion rings and fried pies as well.

I've tried Whataburger three times.
This location has great service, nicely designed inside, and I really liked the music playing at the time of my visit.
But the food is just ok. It's not bad by no means. But I don't get the hype....at all.
I'll probably go again, maby try the chicken instead of a burger.

Did online “Dine In” order. Arrived, informed at check out, guy gave me cups L & XL then lady took them from me and gave me a bag with a carrier in it with small cups. Told them my order was dine in to no avail. Lady brought food and I pointed it out again. Nothing! Then said if you have a problem we’ll fix it. I responded apparently not! Staff seems to be overly woke also! Burger King looking better!
