Always have enjoyed Wing Stop. Tonight was good food, but bad service. Did on-line order that was ready in 13 minutes…….great! Got home and no seasoned fries. Called to let them know I was returning to store, yet no one knew I was coming back. Waited for fries to cook, and when I got back home, the entire bottom of bag was oil soaked. Looked like it went from the fryer oil straight into my bag. And with very little seasoning. Ok….now I’m set. Wrong! I ordered three blue cheese dips, but got two ranch. The store wasn’t even busy, so why was the order so screwed up? The wings were delicious like I expected, but most everything else had numerous mistakes. Attention to details needs work.

6.2 overall, wings was a little dry, like over cooked a little... besides that, Chicken sandwich was banging. Good service and nice staff. I would recommend this place!

I ordered almost $100 worth of food. My order was missing multiple item! The girl answering the phone needs to be fired!! Customer service sucks!!! This place is a trash dump and managed terribly.

Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

We've been going to wingstop since they opened in easley, and their food is usually very good. However, we ordered delivery this time and received incorrect wing flavors and dipping sauces. This is the second time our order has been incorrect and the second time we haven't been able to get our correct order after notifying them.
