Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤
Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

This is the place you want to go if you want great food and it was hot and sooo yummy! The food was on point. The employees were so friendly and explained everything I needed to know. We should have more people that are friendly like the Wingstop in Easley employees. The manager is a very nice guy they accidentally forgot my ranch but he gave me the ranch and gave me a Cajun fried corn as well. I will absolutely be coming back to eat here. I am also putting an application in I would love to work with them they work together well and I would love to be in this friendly environment.

The Whole chain of command is unprofessional,rude, and arrogant as hell.. I haven't always had bad experiences with them however the last few experiences have been something needing Corporate Attention..... First off they Approached me and friends Saying if we gave good reviews they'll give us a discount or free food..RED FLAG Don't fall for the B.S. this so called General Manager is unprofessional and needs to be replaced with someone who deserves and appreciate their position,responsibility and etc. I need to Speak with anyone higher than General manager with the power and understanding on how important critique, tone of voice and overall respect for your customers is where their paychecks comes from. I'm totally disappointed and from this day forward I'm advising anyone I know to spend their money elsewhere. Just despicable how they allow this place to carry on like they do.. First route to success would be.... instead of employing people who want jobs hire folks who need jobs. I can promise the atmosphere would change drastically. Anyways I wish to speak with Corporate on the matter meanwhile WingStop isn't worth the Stop!!!!

By far the worst restaurant we’ve ever been to. We ordered the 20 piece wing combo meal online for takeout. We were expecting normal sized wings and got roughly 40 TINY pieces of what looked and tasted like popcorn chicken. It was NOTHING like wings and it was mostly breading. Where the heck were our wings?!?! It was horrible! Don’t waste your money here. We got ripped off and definitely will not return. Also the tea tasted awful.
Manager was extremely nice and helpful but one of the employees was so rude with a rotten attitude. I ordered a side of lemon pepper seasoning but wanted the container to be full and even offered to pay whatever the price. She was so unprofessional. If you’re that miserable to be there quit, don’t treat people like that. By the way I am 38 years old and diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and I don’t treat people like that. People should be happy for everyday God wakes them up.

By far the worse food I have ever received from a restaurant. Took 2 hours to deliver my food and I stay 10 mins away from the place. The food was extremely cold, thrown together and it looks as if someone bit off of one of the wings. The worse experience I have ever had.
