To begin, I want to commend this business for exceeding expectations in resolving a significant issue caused by DoorDash's mistake. I had placed a 100.00 + delivery order through DoorDash, but when no one picked it up, I contacted DoorDash, and they attempted to convince me that I had ordered a pickup, which I would never do, especially through DoorDash, as the purpose of the service is to provide delivery. DoorDash refused to refund me, insisting on their inaccurate claim. I then contacted the restaurant directly, and the gentleman offered to bring me the food, considering I was in an 18-wheeler and unable to pick it up. I expressed my gratitude with a generous tip, which was well-deserved. I appreciate the business's efforts in rectifying the situation, as they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, despite DoorDash's failure to fulfill their obligations.
The food is excellent!!

Disappointed with the service. The waitress doesn't speak English, she's deaf or mute. I asked for water, she brought me soda, I asked for it to be exchanged for water, she just turned around, didn't even say hello. Bad service. They should hire staff that speaks a little English or at least be nice. Because referring you or asking this woman who served me better, she talked to a wall! I'm sorry, but at least I expected attention like the other times, while that woman is here, she won't come back! I hope to change the staff.

Came here with my kids, brother and his gf! It was small but very cute inside, made you feel like home! They brought you white sauce right away and the server was so sweet and attentive. The food was great size and amazing! Love the scallops are big and juicy and steak cooked to perfection and the shrimp were the big shrimp not the little ☝️ ones! Deff my new favorite place I will be back with my fiancé ❤️🙂🙂🙂

I never leave reviews, but I’m very annoyed. Ordered a Hibachi plate through the drive thru that was on the menu for $13.00. When we were given the tab to pay at the window, it was $16.30. Before paying, we questioned the total and they said that it was with tax. We let them know that tax should not be $3.00. They told us it was for extra sauce. We let them know we didn’t ask for extra sauce, and asked them to remove the charge. The lady proceeds to hand us a $1 bill. We explained that the difference is more than a dollar, and we had not yet paid, so we just needed them to adjust the tab. She proceeded to hand us her phone for Google translate, and she still didn’t understand. Finally, we think she understands and she brings us a new receipt with a refund transaction of $1.30 (I’m not even sure how bc we hadn’t paid, nor was this the difference). She told us it was a new tab and that the total was 14.25 (even though it wasn’t listed on what she handed us). We handed over our card, got our food, and drove away out of frustration, checked our bank statement and after allll of that, we were still charged $16.30. And didn’t even get the extra sauce we were supposedly being over charged for lol. It’s really not about the $3.00. It’s the lack of understanding, then lying to us about the total just to get us to pay, but being overcharged in the end. We would have loved to go back or call, but it’s like disputing with a brick wall. Nobody understands English or math.

This place is a hidden gem. I was traveling to the book warehouse in Easley and stopped here after for lunch. The building is clean/quiet, staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, and the price was reasonable. You got a lot of food for what was charged and it was typical for Japanese eateries. Everything was cooked to order and was served quickly. They even gave you a bottle of yum yum sauce :p. My husband and I were very satisfied. This was a short drive from the warehouse so this will be a routine stop when we attend events in the area. I highly recommend you check them out.

The food is amazing and priced very reasonable. I do feel like they are understaffed. From our experience, they usually only have one lady manning the lobby and drive through so you may have to wait but it’s definitely worth it.

The food is delicious and healthy! I ordered the hibachi steak and added broccoli. Very flavorable and tender steak. They give you a good size portion and prices can’t be beat. Plan to eat here regularly!
