Locked the doors before 6pm to prevent people from coming in. Told everyone in drive through they’re closed. Even though I had a mobile order placed.

Ordered through the drive-thru and received incorrect food. When I contacted the restaurant, the customer service representative, David, said he could not issue a refund over the phone and seemed annoyed that I was unhappy about having to drive back to the restaurant just to correct their mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location has been poorly run for a long time, with no signs that long-standing issues are being addressed.

I ordered the FIVE piece boneless wing MEAL, via grub hub. I did Not get Any French fries, and only Four wings. SMH Simple order not carried out. Disappointed in Zaxbys.

Will be the last time I will waste my money at Zaxbys. 1st Zaxbys in Piedmont, ordered 2- 5 piece Lemon Pepper chicken strips dinner, got home to only got 10 piece original strips. And tonight stop at the Easley store and had to talk to a automotive robot to place my order and got home with another disaster. No Zaxby Sauce even when I requested extra, asked for extra spice on fries which didn't get, and again I ordered Lemon Pepper 5 piece dinner and guess what, NO LEMON PEPPER AGAIN. So I have not tried the Lemon Pepper and will not try. I am DONE WITH ZAXBYS. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED

Although the parking lot sucks, I will go to this zaxbys over any other chicken joint in town!!!! The manger was very kind when my daughter's drink got knocked over! Instead of sending someone else to clean it up she came and got it up herself, and gave her new fries! Thanks so much for being so sweet! Amazing service

Ordered a order of fried white cheddar bite and got a very small portion size even though I was told the portions are weighed. Staff was also rude and short before and after the problem came up.

We ordered dinner around 8:30pm and when we return home to eat our meal. Big Zak Snack Meal and a Wings and Things Meal our chicken smelled and tasted like cigarette smoke. I never leave any review at all and especially not a bad one unless the food is inedible and this chicken couldn’t even be eaten.

Today I placed an order on the Zaxbys app, as I’ve done plenty of times. I go to the correct drive thru window for mobile orders. The older women who’s name I never got after visiting a public location. And explaining her looks would be disrespectful. I gave her my name, she informed me that’s a door dash order I need to come inside. I politely told her I don’t own that on my phone I placed my order on the app. She rudely closed the window after about 2 minutes a manager came to the window trying to hand me more food than I ordered. I once again politely said I do not want more food than I ordered. I asked her if she would look at my phone for proof. FINALLY! She understood. My order was corrected and drove off. I wanted the women’s name so I can file a complaint with cooperate. Good thing I won’t need it and I’ll still contact cooperate. I worked customer service growing up and now in the medical field, you learn how to treat people give grace and respect. It ain’t about how small my order the principal is what’s more important.

I'm not sure about how this town functions . So in the service industry is reading not a requirement ? At this point Zaxby's you owe me gas money. I came twice gave the original receipt and still was given a complete wrong order.
This is borderline customer service at its worst. Where is the care and appreciation to have a job. Remember you chose that job. Take pride in what you do. People pay their money to come dine at / from your establishment you could at least give them what they paid for . Or is that too much to ask ?
It's like a recurring theme in this town , lack of service and genuine care for a customer . Sad this is what dining out has come to. Well time to change it up and stop being a patron and cook healthy meals .

Horrible. Staff could be more friendly. Actually speak to you at the window. I got a kickin chicken meal with a cherry fanta. Drink taste like perfume. Bread was dry . Tiny bit of sauce on the chicken. Fries were stale. Do better.
