SLOW AS WATCHING GRASS GROW!! A SHAME!!

I’m done going here! Every time something is wrong with my order. I order a 6 fingerz meal and get home and have 4. I’m over it

I pulled up at 10:10
I was charged by ayoung person dollar $1.10 extra
I still got my food wrong
I paid for a meal and did not get the fries
I asked for a lemonade they gave me sweet tea
I got the worst meal ever at 10:47 a whole hour

Who owns this place?

Good food and service

I understand inflation but some companies are downright greedy. I got 6 shrimp for 6.20 I was better off getting a kids cheeseburger plate from the huddle a damn shame. The food is not the same as it was for a long time now

I feel like everyone forgets that these workers are people too. And they aren’t being paid nearly enough. Sometimes it’s not just the servers who need adjustments and work. As customers we need to understand that it’s a hard job🙏 and we aren’t the ones standing in a hot kitchen for 5+ hrs. Also, maybe secretly taking a picture of a server isn’t a good idea. If they’re actually doing as bad as you say🙏be proud to record in some way. Otherwise you’re just making false accusations and making the place look bad. Looking at you Kelia. 🙏

This is why you have to wait in long lines for food and when you get your food it’s COLD!!!! I hate going here!!! Employees are constantly on the phone at the window and they NEVER acknowledge the guest at the window. This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!

We love to eat there. But every time we order food from there through doordash, it is never correct items are missing. I have contacted doordash I told them about it. Was wanting Zaxby's to be aware of the problem too because you're going to lose customers

Great tasting foods, a little slow on the service

Every time I come here something is wrong last time I order a wings and things they just gave me the wings. No fries, no fingers, no sauce, no bread and a flat drink. This time I order a salad with honey mustard and even paid for 3 extra honey mustard and they give me 2 ranch and 3 citrus vinaigrette. Now I have a salad I have to eat plain because I don’t like either of these dressings! This is just blatantly not paying attention or caring about what you’re doing, these employees want $20-$25 an hour but can’t read a simple screen and put the correct items in the bag. Zaxbys get your act together and your employees in line because this is unacceptable!!!

My granddaughter fell in a puddle on the floor. Mgmt cleaned it up but never spoke with my DIL or my granddaughter. Didn't care if she was hurt. I contacted HQ, they didn't care either. A simple apology would have been appreciated. I will not ever spend my money at Zaxby's again.

Drive through wasn't working. Went inside the lobby was not clean. Lots of Staff standing around talking (could be cleaning). With all that said it's basically just the same as any other Zaxbys.

I just wanna know how I asked for extra seasoning but got no seasoning….

Called our name but missed part of our order. Went to counter and told an employee and he did nothing. Then a guy named Chris stepped up and fix the rest of my order and was very apologetic. . Super nice young man.
