Called our name but missed part of our order. Went to counter and told an employee and he did nothing. Then a guy named Chris stepped up and fix the rest of my order and was very apologetic. . Super nice young man.

Went to pick up for for employees they said that it was good and had no complaints when I went there to pick there food up 10 minutes after ordering they were finishing getting it ready when I had got there so didn't really have to wait on the food but the inside seamed pretty chill couple people were dinning in

Never again! Not once but TWICE! Gave them the benefit of the doubt but they just keep going downhill! I ordered online and both times, first time they gave me the wrong thing second time I waited 30 minutes! I gave them that because i saw they were busy but they completely ignored me until I asked how much longer and they didn’t even started my order! All they said if I wanted to wait or what -.- like really! I just told them to return my money back, the lady who was prepping the food seemed mad and was throwing the chicken on the plates, never again zaxbys. Ill rather drive farther than to go to the one in Easley! 0 stars if i could!

Went in at 10:02 pm to order a to go order after work. Door read lobby closes at 10:30 pm. The lady literally kicked me out, & said the drive through is open til 11:00 .. Rude! So I left at went elsewhere.
