Customer service was rude. The manager was rude and just because they didn't have what I ordered she was making remarks to the worker because I didn't know what I wanted after they seem to say the food was frozen. Customer service means everything and I say that just because you have had a bad day or don't want to do it. It's not the customers fault. Today was a end of line for me the Customer service is awful.

It's Bojangles. It's just like every othet one you ate at before this one. Except the dinner rush lines are all the way out the parking lot and back towards the highway. They have awesome service though much better than other locations o have been too. Great morning biscuits and bo rounds. If they come back out with the boberry biscuits I may go bankrupt paying my dentist like I did this time. But believe me if they try to ration off the icing I will be back through again to ask for more icing. Don't skimp on the icing of your gonna see me twice. Its fast food people. Why are you even checking reviews here before you go? You have way too much time on your hands. Meaning your scrolling through here at your boring job preparing for the bit of excitement with lunch. Or you don't have a job and are hoping to find pricing before you go. Or looking for a common complaint to have something to try and complain your way into a refund. Vegetarian options: Your going to a fast food chain that has become famous for is fried chicken. Considering chicken is a animal and you don't eat animals. I don't know what your expecting to get here. It smells like fried chicken withing 100 foot of all thier locations

They always ask you pull up even if no one is behind you. Very frustrating and then people do get behind you and the person who pulled up refuses to move causing major chaos.

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 with fries and 1 with rice from the drive thru. I paid and was told to pull into a handicapped space. I waited 15 minutes total and 3 people that had come after me were served and left. I went in after 11 minutes of waiting and it seemed that they hadn’t even started on my order. There was no one in the drive thru line in front of me, and only 1 couple sitting inside. The chicken was dry and seemed old, had more breading than chicken. They only get 3 stars for service because the girls at the counter were nice.
The manager Ms. Pat is so nasty, I mean her attitude is terrible. This isn’t It the first time I’ve had an experience where this lady acts as if she hates her job. Please do something with her and that disgusting attitude of hers. Don’t like your job find another one.

CHECK YOUR FOOD, MY ORDER CAME WITH REALLY OLD CHICKEN BREAST AND THE GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS TWO OLD CHICKEN PIECES SMUSHED TOGETHER, WHEN I CALLED TO ASK REFUND I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO RETURN THE FOOD TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
