Ordered 2 breasts and 2 thighs. Sit for 5 minutes, then they come out and ask me if I want wings and legs in place of what I ordered and said it would take 12 minutes to cook what I wanted. If I had wanted legs and wings,That's what I would have ordered. Plus, the price difference is a lot different. Come on, people. Ordered at 2:22 and got my food at 3:05.

AWFUL , how you run out of barbecue sauce and don’t have any for a week straight .
Waited 22 min for a drive through order of 2 combos. Any fast food place I ever worked at would’ve written me up for such slow service.
Out of sauce I asked for as well. Which I only found out after waiting so long. No receipt given with my purchase.
Whoever is “running” this place needs to be replaced.
Noticed only while waiting all the other bad reviews with similar experiences here.

We threw away our cold food and bought elsewhere.

I have never had good service here the ladies that work in there are rude as all get out you always have to pull to curbside for your food and I have had to wait 45 minutes before. This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! Someone really needs to help this bojangles because this is ridiculous.

Customer service was rude. The manager was rude and just because they didn't have what I ordered she was making remarks to the worker because I didn't know what I wanted after they seem to say the food was frozen. Customer service means everything and I say that just because you have had a bad day or don't want to do it. It's not the customers fault. Today was a end of line for me the Customer service is awful.
