Went in at 330 pm and was told to pick a booth no one came back the staff was more involved in their conversation and the language was very not inappropriate for customers to hear while I was there so I left and did not get any attention so I cannot rate the food but customer service really bad

Tonight we were seated and served chips, salsa, and drinks. Had our order taken. 40 minutes later never checked on. Drinks were empty and no food. Started seeing people who arrived after us served and had their food within 10 minutes. Was finally able to get the waitresses attention and asked for our food to be checked on. 5 minutes later told “ it will be 10 minutes they were working on other tickets “. Bull. Walked away before we could respond. Food arrived was dropped and she ran off again. Still no refills. Finally comes back and asks if we wants refills. Grabs the glasses and runs. Drops them off and runs again. Food was salty and not worth the wait. If a manager existed they certainly were not checking on tables. After reading other reviews it’s obvious this was not a one time issue. We will not return.

About 7 years ago I frequented this establishment weekly for years. Decided to go back only to see the same management but very poor service. It was close to closing time so they were only offering take out which was perfectly fine. Only problem was the lid to one of our plates was half way put on and spilled all over the floor board of my truck, there was no plastic silverware or napkins, and they forgot my flour tortillas. Maybe I just picked a bad day. But $53.00 for two people with no drinks is absolutely unacceptable with this service especially. I think next time outback or chili's. Hell even McDonald's

Our experience was just horrible! There were seven of us and I wanted a nice supper with my sons and family. The waitress ignored my daughter in laws order. The beef burritos had burned steak, pineapple was on my salad and it has zero flavor and was old. My steak was not fully cooked. We were never told to pay check at register. My dil ordered 2 beef burritos and got one beef one chicken. Cheese was not warm and we were served a basket with all small broken pieces of chips. Just horrible food and atmosphere. We paid the bill without comment because no one seemed to care about the customers. We won't be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Not! The sidewalk was all torn up.

Samantha (Sam) is always such a pleasure to be served by! Attentive, quick, friendly, and personable.Vegetarian options: Anything can be modified for vegetarian needs.Parking: 35 to 50 spots, handicap spots as well, and it has its own parking lot so there's no traffic from the other businesses.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves coming here just for Samantha! She's always so engaging to the kids. Booster seats and high chairs are available!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, easily accessible, and they have tables that have "wheelchair" seating.

Arrived there were 3 tables of people. Got seated and served chips and salsa. Was there for a good 15 minutes before the manager realized that Noone had waited on us she finally got our drink and food orders and waited on us herself. Meanwhile, the guy that was supposed to be waiting on us was fussing about being the only waiter without a table and was seating other people out of order.

It’s time I start talking about how toxic this environment is and how racist it is. Management is poor just as well as ownership. For starters, if you’re not white you’re more than likely not bound to be given an application. I’ve witnessed as a past server being given tables due to the customers being Mexican/Latino/Black. You will not get the same service from management if you’re something other than white. Let’s not mention that they allow work harassment, bullying, and false accusations. I got so much hate from other employees because I would complain about tea urns not being properly washed and sanitized and because I was always trying to properly clean everything when those that were in charge of it at nights would only pour plain water in the tea urns. Careful with drinking tea from here because when I was gone and had to go back to work I found mold buildup inside the nozzles of the tea and inside the mouth of the tea urn. They allow child labor. They treat non US citizens as pests making them live in horrendous living situations that no human should ever live in and they still charge them 150 for rent each. These people are forced to accept this type of living to be close to the restaurant so they can work. They are made to live in tiny sheds with no running water or electricity. It’s why they have the shed in the back of the restaurant and at the side of their home. They abuse the work environment laws by not properly paying their employees and forcing them to work overtime with no overtime pay because they don’t have funds but have multiple homes, multiple cars and go on vacations regularly. They don’t care about you no matter how many years you have worked for them. If you’re Latino/Mexican and come in in working clothes or remotely look like you work in construction just know you’re not wanted by management because she thinks of you as dirty. I tested management and her brother once and went outside of the restaurant to see if they’d seat a black couple that was about to walk in and I watched from outside that they had this couple standing and waiting for 2 minutes while they chatted away behind the bar. The couple of course left upset . I watched from outside again and the next couple that came in was a white couple and as soon as they walked in they were seated at a booth. Nobody should be treated differently by the color of their skin. We’re in new times and we’re all human. I got so much racism and hate from the dishwasher for being a brown Mexican unlike her daughter. I was made fun of behind my back and called ugly and dark for my dark complexion and everybody she told this to at work was fine by this. Disgusting. These adults need to do better. Ones status does not constitute to ugly behavior towards another human being. My elementary school aged children were harassed by the dishwashers 9th grader every Saturday. When they tried sitting down he would purposely move the whole table so they wouldn’t be allowed to sit in booth B1 or he would spread his legs on the other side of the booth as soon as he saw that they wanted to sit down. He did this because his mother would encourage it. Be careful with these people.

Started off ok with decent salsa and chips, no drinks after we ordered waters. Ordered our food, food served, still no drinks! Halfway thru our meal, still no drinks, no one even noticed of all things! I finally got another waitress to get our waters after we were halfway thru our meal. To me, that is poor customer service and the food was ok, nothing I’ll be back for. Do not recommend this restaurant. Should have went to Pizza Hut next door or McDonald’s!

I ate lunch a few times trying to let them redeem themselves. This is the poorest excuse for a Mexican restaurant.I ordered quesadilla’s with fajita ….There was no queso! Wtf…..helloo McFly’s…quesa=quesoIt was two tortilla’s with fajita meat and the onions in the middle.I just made two tacos out of it and went on my way.Hopefully dinner is better. Not willing to try anymore.
