It's not there for fault in particular every McDonald's in the entire country is faced with a labor force who just doesn't give a crap about anything about customer service about serving food that's edible and doesn't look like they literally threw it in the box from across the room I don't know what McDonald's corporate stores and franchisees or any other fast food as place is going to do but I've seen it over and over again people complaining about customer service that just doesn't exist man when I was a younger person working at fast food man we made sure that we turned out a top product all the time and that we had some pride in the job that we were doing even though we were making pocket change compared to what people are getting today 10 15 more dollars an hour it's ridiculous anyway you go to a fast food place even if you order online just don't expect miracles and if you want a good meal you just got to cook it at home

I'm guessing the lobby AC is broken, because they've got some temporary setup running through the ceiling tiles. Whatever, things happen. But I've been here a few times now and I honestly just haven't been impressed with the food. As far as McDonald's goes, it's below average, although I'm not coming here looking for a gourmet meal, I would like my burgers too be fully cooked/wrapped and my fries to be at least warm. The staff isn't bad, everyone has at least been polite, but there are a lot of people screwing around and wasting time when there are cars in the drive-thru waiting for food or bathrooms that need cleaned. I wouldn't sit down in that bathroom if you gave me a hundred bucks. If you're looking for a decent meal on this side of Edgefield, go to the Bojangles across the street. It's not the best one I've been to, but it's better than this Mickey Ds. If you really crave a burger, go in town to the pool room. It's not much more money and the food is way better.

The employees are rude af🤬 they also rush you when you order nit letting you talk and the wait on the drive thru is insane ask for hot food and they put it in the microwave and also back in the grease...I will tell anyone that this McDonald's is not it👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

At 6pm I asked for an strawberry and banana smoothie I received an mango smoothie and it wasn't mixed just ice poor service. What if I was allergic to mango my name would have been sue be careful not sorry.
