Ordered a cheeseburger meal. I don't eat at Mc Donald's anymore so cheeseburger was ehhh. Shamrock shake wasn't mixed all the way but still delicious.

I wouldn't even be writing this review had it not been for the rudest customer service I have ever received here. This McDonald's has always been my go-to, and I often praise them for the wonderful customer service we generally received. But, not today. I placed a mobile order, went to the window, paid and received my receipt at 12:14. Roll up, get my drinks, my happy meal and get asked to pull up for the rest. Okay, sure! I work in food service, so I get it. Especially on a day like today, where the weather is nasty, and most people have no power. As I sit and wait patiently, I see at least 4 cars roll on by, each receiving their food. I get out of my car to go in and check to make sure they haven't forgotten me, and am greeted by the manager. She's nice, I told her I'd been waiting for a while. And the next thing I hear is an employee saying " she hasn't been waiting that long, maybe 5 minutes" Now, I know I have a Georgia education, but 12:14 to now which is 12:26 when I'm walking in, is more than 5 minutes. She just keeps on, and the manager tells her to "Let it go". I wasn't rude, I just told her I'd been waiting a while, at least 10 minutes. I didn't even mind walking in to get my food, but the nasty comments and low key calling me a liar, I'm not down with that.

Not a clean table in site. The ones that were clean employees were sitting at on their phones. Loud woman in back yelling at fellow employees. Asked when lunch started. Was told 10:30 by a nice hour g man. When I walked up at 10:30 the lady with him looked at me and said it's 11 today, Sunday. One has to wonder...No soap in women's bathroom. Asked for soap. 30 min later still no soap. Gross! How are employees washing THEIR hands. Left after that. No time for hepatitis today.

Have been in Edgefield 6 months and since Sara has taken over this location the service and food has been top notch! Bathrooms and service areas are always clean as well. She definitely deserves a raise and much more from the company. She’s approachable, accommodating and is always a delight to speak with.

Sour employee attitude, cook can't seem to stack a sausage Mcmuffin without everything sliding out the sides, whoever wraps these things is clueless as the paper wrapper is usually already open when I reach into the bag. I always order the exact same thing and the drive thru often tries to overcharge me. One female employee at pay window in great, most everyone else at both windows can't manage a smile or a thank you to save their lives. Definitely not recommended but it's the only place I can get breakfast around here at 6 in the morning other than waffle house which I ain't got time for and half the time they won't let me call in my order. I guess the franchisee is making stacks of cash owning multiple stores so doesn't care much to train the employees or treat them right.

This has to be the sorriest McDonald's around, with having my order messed up/food missing on several occasions on top of waiting extended amount of time on getting my food in drive-thru. On one occasion I waited over 30 mins for my food after placing my order in drive-thru, I finally went inside to get a refund when there was apparently others complaining also on how long it was taking for orders. I was trying to be nice about getting a refund but the manager on duty was unprofessional and unapologetic raising her voice at the costumers. Don't waste your money or time order from this fast-food restaurant.

I order the double cheeseburger deluxe with no pickles and onions add bacon as a meal. I received one with onions and pickles but no bacon. The sandwich had so much condiments in it, the bread fell apart after two bites. The fries had way too much salt.
