Don't have much to add that other reviewers haven't addressed, owner/manager is hostile and unfriendly and doesn't seem to treat his employees well. Food is always subpar but that's just Subway. A Jersey mikes or firehouse subs franchise would make a killing in this area because there is no competition.

CHANGE HOURS ON THE DOOR IF YOU ARENT FOLLOWING THEM. STOPPED AT 855pm DOORS ARE LOCKED. HOURS SAY UNTIL 9:30pm. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. SEEMS TO BE AN EVERY DAY THING.

Not sure if he’s the owner, but there’s the grumpiest man who works there. Obviously hates his job. Always smashing up my sandwich and just his demeanor. Not a happy person.

Placed an app order more than 30 minutes ahead of time. When to pick it up and they hadn’t even started. They just kept making sandwiches for customers who were coming in while I was waiting and just ignored me. Never again, this Subway is trash. Used up my whole lunch hour waiting for a sandwich that should have been ready when I got there.

I wanted to give a zero for service and atmosphere. This is the second time we have walked out of this place and will b the last. We thought to give it another try but tonight the employee was very rude, impolite and out of order. Apparently she was upset because her shift had been busy. There were 3 staff, 2 behind the counter and 1 sitting at a table apparently either on break or off for the night? We got there at 6:50. Walked in with two ppl ahead of us, no problem yo wait. One of the women behind the counter yelled to the girl at the table LOCK THAT DOOR, I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE, ITS BEEN LIKE THIS 2 HOURS. A customer was headed in the door she would not allow him to enter. The hours on their sign states 9:30 closing. This gives SUBWAY franchise a BAD name !!

The gentleman in this location whom i assume is the owner is very rude, aggressive and disrespectful. He definitely makes the Subway logo look a little different. He doesn't like to fill your orders as requested and does not slow down long enough to listen to you. He makes me feel very rushed in this location and is very expressive towards his employees with eye rolls, sighs and words. SUBWAY you need to investigate this man since he carries your logo. Where are your secret shoppers?

Ordered jalapeños and got banana peppers.
Ordered honey mustard and got regular mustard.
Got no lettuce at all on one of the sandwiches.
My kids are very particular about their food, so it was a rough night. No need in trying to take it back. The owner is very rude and hateful. He will just yell and throw things in the store. I havent eaten here in well over a year, but the kids asked for it and I took a chance. This is the worst location!! I have never gotten a correct order from here, and the incorrect orders are never rectified!!

Rude and threw my food at me.
Food was good. Thrown together sloppy, too much condiments made it runny. Bread was soaked on one side and the other was toasted hard as a rock. OH ONE BIG THING IS ONLINE SAYS THEY'RE OPEN TIL 930 THEY ARE NOT...... THEY CLOSE AT 9
