“We are still exploring eats in florence an went to lil d's dugout tonight. My husband had the buffett and I had a cheese steak. My cheese steak was really good different than what I was expecting. I was expecting a sub style roll instead was on a very good bun. It was nice an cheese an the steak was truly good. My husband said his wings he ate where good as well. But I will be honest I truly loved their fries this is the first place I found that actually had malt vinegar!! And the fries where nice an hot super yummy. The staff was warm an welcoming. Over all had a wonderful experience and left happy with a full tummy. Highly recommend checking them out you won't be disappointed.“

“The chicken wings are meaty and the sauces are tasty. The service was great and workers were friendly and helpful (she even talked me into getting some of the banana pudding - which was excellent). We always have a good experience at Slim Chickens. It’s one of our favorites in Florence.“

“Qavetta & her team helped my nephew celebrate his birthday with over a dozen kids and hungry parents. She stayed calm in the face of all those hungry children & made it happen. The food was delivered quickly & we appreciate her efforts & willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you!!“

“Definitely one of my favorite places in Florence to grab wings.
The wings are always fresh and hot, delicious.
The fry's could be cooked a little bit longer (can ask for them to)
I haven't tried anything else, but it isn't very expensive.
Usually the people on the cash register seem.. preoccupied with other things.. that's all I will say.
Other than that, it is great :))“

“Saw a post on Florence food social media so thought I’d give it try. It’s a gas station/country store with restaurant at the back. Seating is available. I was to early for the buffet (served at lunch until 2 pm and then at 5pm) so I got a burger. It was one of the best, if not the best, burgers I’ve ever had. Will definitely go back for the buffet next time and they even serve ribs during lunch as well as dinner.“
