Waited quite awhile at the register for someone to come. Several employees could be heard laughing and talking. I decided to walk away. I really like Arby’s but this was clearly not the customer service experience that the company wants.

To start with I was using the Arby’s app and selected the correct address and found an online coupon. This restaurant refused the coupon claiming they do not accept coupons. Even though the app had the address of the restaurant listed. The fries were cold and the drinks weren’t even filled 3/4 of the way full. Assistant manager seemed reluctant to be of service. Considering she had a title she was anything but assistant.

This Location takes pride in customer Service, Clean dining and Restrooms as much as the quality food, I stop here at least once or twice a day when getting on and off i85. The staff are always working hard and get my food out quickly with a happy Smile! Keep up the good work you guys are a great team!

All I have to say is Kayden was amazing. Helped with all questions I had and was also patient with my special needs sister.. Arby’s is Arby’s but it’s something special when you have a person behind the counter that doesn’t mind going an extra mile. Kayden deserves a raise!! I was there 10/25/25
