Zero customer service. No greeting, no smile on face of the cashier. She’s just staring at customers. Haven’t got napkins with take out food bag.they need to hire someone motivated to work not just stand there and stare at customers.

I do not know what everyone was complaining about in the reviews because we just ate here at around 4 AM and the place was impeccably clean and the two employees were extremely polite and friendly and fixed our complete order fresh. It was absolutely delicious - the best Reuben I think I’ve ever had. I would give this Arbys 10 stars if I could

Ordered the new cheese steak and was told they could not make it because none was prepped I asked if I could wait she said no there was none prepped all froze you can't advertise something and then not have available we eat here on a regular basis but from now on I will go elsewhere, GOOD FRIENDLY HELP WOULD GO ALONG WAY I would have probably ordered something else if the cashier was friendly about it 7/28/25 5:20 pm

I ordered a number 6 plain and the put everything on it, asked for mozzarella sticks and didn’t even get them and the service was terrible they were rushing me while i was ordering and wouldn’t let me think. Worst Arby’s I have ever been to

Not a fast food guy at all and cant remember the last time I ate fast food. I got the half pound and medium curly fries and medium drink and the jalepeno poppers. She got the crispy chicken meal. For fast food it was decent. Definately lots of beef on my sandwich, easily a half pound if not more. She also said the crispy chicken was good and did not taste like it had been sitting long under the warming lamp. The poppers were not too bad, they had been sitting a while though. Fast service and a a smile from friendly staff.
I would go back to this one if I am ever in the area, that is if i ever feel like having fast food again.
