Looked for someplace new for breakfast and Gazebo fit the bill. I've been by it a couple of times but didn't realize it was even open because of how it sits off the main road between a closed place and the Phantom Fireworks store that's also been closed every time I've passed. There was the lit open sign though. I was the only one there when I arrived but that just meant I got good service. The two ladies working there were super nice and if I'd been a chatter I think I could have made 2 new friends. I got the Redneck Breakfast, corned beef hash/ 2 eggs, hash browns and biscuit. All cooked up well and tasty. The biscuit came split with a dollop, not just a pat but big ol' dollop of butter melting between the halves. Decent price too. So if you're in the Fair Play area looking for breakfast I can vouch for them.

I saw a few bad reviews for slow service and small portions. My wait was less than 10 minutes, the portion higher than average and it was quite delicious. This is my first time here but, I think it safe to say they have made some changes since those bad reviews. I will definitely be a returning customer and I recommend trying them again. Seems they listen to the feedback.

Great food. Great service. Stopped for breakfast and a driving break and was greeted with a smile and "welcome." Interior is clean but has a cafeteria feel. The service was quick and friendly. Small talk was pleasant and helpful. Located right off the highway.

The fish special at lunch on Fridays consists of three good sized fried filets, French fries, and coleslaw, with your choice of available drinks. Normally it’s always busy. But the last three times we’ve been for lunch there is one lady worker that is always complaining...like she is responsible for everything....her comments are loud, unappreciated, and makes us as a customer at fault for her having to work hard. She rants almost continually. The other two workers hardly comment. This has started to occur since Joe left. He was always just as busy but seemed to enjoy his work and interactions with customers. Mr. Chuck, the owner, hasn’t come in while we were there and I have to believe he wouldn’t put up with that behavior if he heard it. We can attest that the food is great although lately the cleanliness is not what it was. Our tabletop has been greasy and sticky. Even the supposedly sanitized ketchup containers are sticky. No worker wore a mask...even though we are still warned about the corona virus problem being still spreading in Oconee county. Be careful out there! We will hope this situation gets corrected as our next visit likely will be our last one.

Great food and customer service. My eggs was cooked soft with, cheese. This was the only thing I could eat at the time, due to a tooth removal. I came back for lunch and brought my husband the fried fish dinner. He said that it was seasoned perfectly. The staff makes you feel like family. I will definitely be back.
