I only gave 4 stars for food because I asked for lightly salted crinkle fries. I couldn't tell a difference between what was supposed to be lightly salted vs. the "normal" amount of salt that's usually on the fries. They're usually so salty that I can't eat them, and I LOVE this style of fry!!! The service at this location is ALWAYS top notch. The people are very nice, and the manager is just awesome! You can tell that he is one of the good ones by the way his employees speak to him. He is so attentive every time I come in. He definitely leads by example, and it shows in every single employee. I love going here!!
Ordered 2 Double Roast Beef combo meals. Without checking the bag, I drove home. When I opened the RB's much to my surprise they were not what I ordered. I tried to call the store to complain and no one would answer the phone. Tried for 3 hours and still no answer. Very disheartening to say the least. I will not go back to this store. I have disputed the charge on my CC.

Ordered a French dip on the mobile app and paid for extra meat. When I arrived, my order was ready, but I noticed the sandwich was small. I told them I ordered extra meat, in which the response was, we can put extra meat on the sandwiches at this location. I then asked for the manager who told me the same thing and then told me they couldn’t refund me the extra I paid, that I would have to take it up with the app. No apology, no offer to compensate me, nothing. It’s sad that a company whose motto is “We have the meats” doesn’t allow you to add extra meat even after you paid for it!! Called corporate, they fed me a bunch of PC bullcrap apologies and offered to send me a coupon. Still no offer of a refund, so basically I may get my extra meat in a month or so whenever the coupon arrives.

I ordered a $7.59 Smokehouse Brisket sandwich today and it wasn't worth a crap. Very little sauce on it. An extremely small amount of onion straws and about half the size of what the sandwich should be. It was just barely fair at best. $3.75 would be a more fair price for what I saw today. Needs more meat, more sauce, more onion straws...more everything. Do better! Arbys has really gone downhill. My wife said her Reuben sandwich was pretty good, the curley fries and crinkle fries were pretty good even though they are over priced. Arbys used to be so hot, fresh and delicious. Not anymore.

There was one situation where I ordered and the man at the window charged me for an order that I did not make and didn’t even put my actual order in the system according to the manager. The boy clearing rang up his meal and charged me for it but the manager took care of it and I ended up getting my gyro for free. I hope they fired that boy.
