Never again! Nothing but kids were running the restaurant today. No one was taking the orders at drive through, it was backed up. Went in and all the kids were huddled up at the drive through window laughing and talking. They looked at me and no one came to take my order or say anything to me so I left.

Today I went to grab breakfast, and first time I used curbside pickup (position #1). I placed my order around 10:45ish. I didn’t know that I had to verify I was there, so I didn’t complete this step until 10:55ish. It stated my food would be ready at 11:07 AM. At around 11:09 AM I get out of my car and walk inside because my food had yet to be presented. Upon walking inside, I see a lone bag of food on a shelf two levels down; the level above has a clipboard, papers, etc. the topmost level was empty. I figured that was my bag of food but was very displeased at its positioning on the nasty looking shelf. Sure enough it was my food. Mind you, it is about 11:12 at this point so I’ve seen the bag just sitting there—no acknowledgement of my presence up to this point though. Remember “curbside pickup”…. This is out the window at this point as I’m inside. Anyhow, upon being greeted, I asked that my food be remade. The associate rolled her eyes, walked around the corner, and placed the same bag down. I didn’t feel like arguing with her (she is short, brown skinned, and very very unkept mangled locks). Overall, a very tacky, distasteful, and disheartening experience. Would if I was immobile? Elderly? Don’t go here if you are and order curbside pickup, as you won’t get your food and/or it will be cold, and no accountability will be taken on their end. I guess the service we get does reflect the pay they receive. May be a bigger issue, overall.

I mostly do drive-thru. The food is so freaking yummy but sometimes my order is done wrong. The employees aren’t really friendly but if you bring a problem to them they fix it

There’s a reason this place is totally empty. If they eventually come to the cash register they act like you’re really bothering them. Most people go thru the drive thru, and I can see why. Only 3 customers came in mostly ignored and treated very unfriendly.

This is potentially the best Bojangles anywhere in America. No exaggeration.
On vacation and had to try Bojangles! It was great food, chicken was seasoned and delicious, mashed potatoes and gravy were super good as well but the biscuits top it all off! Biscuits were my favorite part! Service was great and staff were very friendly! Definitely going again!

Hey Bo! When you got to have a chicken biscuit this is the place. I really don't dislike the atmosphere, I mean it was good for a Bojangles I just can't see Bojangles being five-star atmosphere so there you go lol
