Got charged for a large drink and received a small. Got fries that were soggier than soggy and had absolutely no seasoning on them (disgusting). Got tenders, they looked like they had been cooked 2 hours ago, ordered & paid for dirty rice, never received it. & when i go back the CASHIER has an attitude?! Lmfao that’s wild asf. Hire better people, this was disgusting.

A really good place to visit with the old guys and talk about the good old days. The breakfast food is great and has many to choose from too.
You've got employees who can't even answer questions about the menu. One female employee told me today that your new wings were breaded when they aren't. That's the difference between me ordering and not ordering. She also told me first that you had Starry Zero and then that you did not. Which is it? Very often your chicken is much spicier than other Bojangles is, too spicy. And I frequent your drive-thru in more than one place, so I know the difference. Also your employees don't often know what "made to order" means. That's the only chance your food will be hot because otherwise its cold and /or sits under a lamp until it is hard and barely warm.

Saw a group of us walk in and got ill and took her time coming to the register. Then when she got there she just stood there no hey how you doing can I take your order nothing. Then we order bo berry biscuits and they gave us some that had evidently been there since this am they were hard as a brick. When I asked to get fresh ones she caught a attitude and told me I needed to throw it away. Rude and think you owe them something disrespectful selves. Need to get someone to retrain them or reraise them.

I haven’t been to Bojangles in awhile, but totally enjoyed what I got there! Their chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, and juicy, with a light spicy kick to it, and their sweet tea was EXCELLENT, but one of my favorites is their rice! I’m not sure what they call it on their menu, but it’s the seasoned brown rice with little bits of meat in it, and I always order a large order when I’m there because to me, it’s my favorite thing on the menu!
I go up North quite a bit and seldom encounter Bojangles, but it’s definitely worth a visit when I see one, and I gave the atmosphere only four stars because I could hardly hear the background music, which would have been great if it was loud enough to hear comfortably.
