My experience was the best ever. The foods always hot and fresh. But the manager Mr. Chris is such an awesome person, probably the best manager y’all have. He’s always so easy going making sure everything is top tier. He deserves 20 stars. Definitely what anyone should look for in a manger or place of business.
A cheddar bo is not “just a biscuit with cheese”. It’s made with aged cheese and not American cheese. The trickery.

The people that take orders in the drive thru need to be fired. They're rude, Everytime I order something from them they're always rude and have no manners. Corporate needs to do something because even the managers don't seem to care. Dont think I'll come here again.

Visited the E. Palmetto St. location about 30 minutes ago and a roach fell from the light fixture onto the kitchen floor. When I asked for a refund I was told I would not be given one that I had to go online if I wanted a refund.
Management and employees thought it was funny that I was upset about the roach and was even worse is when it fell from the light fixture, no one bothered to pick it up or clean it up. They just let it crawl underneath the kitchen equipment and said “every restaurant has roaches”
Honestly, I’m incredibly appalled by this experience and that it is a danger to people. I’m gonna report it to the health department, but I would like to speak someone from Bojangles

I’m from Cambridge Maryland down here in Florence South Carolina for a week taking care of my mother, I decided to go to Bojangles for dinner. Our purchase was a large order. The manager Whitney made sure that everything was hot and on time.
