It really depends on who is working that day so with the stars its a five on some days and one star on other days because some days I go and it almost perfect!! Then other days Im like what is this? I like fresh and hot biscuits out the oven but when you put my biscuits in a warmer thats a no for me. It's the job that you applied for so if you are not gonna do it right the first time then just quit!! We as people work hard for our money and if we can pay these sometimes ridiculous prices then our food should be cooked to perfection EVERYTIME just like the workers would expect their food if they were in the same situation!!

The service today was awful. I went through the drive-through placement order and paid and then had to pull off to the side with four other vehicles and still no order came out. I had to go inside the cook. I could see his face. He’s just standing there doing nothing and it was a lot of people Bojangles has got to do damn better than this.

Just went through the drive through to have breakfast otw to work. I just finished what i can only describe as THE BEST BISCUIT I've had in recent memory, and I work in another restaurant famous for its biscuits. It was hot, fluffy, delicious, and it coame out so fast, i made it early enough to work to sit in the parking lot here at my job and type this comment. Good job Bojangles! Keep up the good work. Feeding people in our community has knock-on effects, so dont forget that what we do (in food service) does matter.

This is a great Bojangles(76 in Florence near flea market) We stopped this morning and they were super busy but got the job done and with a great attitude. We may of had to wait for a bit but when the employees have a great attitude it makes things so much better!! Great job morning crew!!

Ugh. Convenient location but I'd rather drive clear across town or to the next state. The service here is horrible. The wait is usually 30+ everytime I order in the drive thru. They say pull up then they forget I'm outside. I have to go in. Then my foods not even hot, like I thought you were cooking it???

This is the cleanest fast food spot I’ve ever been to. I love their chicken strips and biscuits ♥️ it’s hard to go on my lunch break because they can be a bit slow but worth it I have other options down the road but prefer to go a little further for some Bojangles 🤣🤤
