The people that take orders in the drive thru need to be fired. They're rude, Everytime I order something from them they're always rude and have no manners. Corporate needs to do something because even the managers don't seem to care. Dont think I'll come here again.

Visited the E. Palmetto St. location about 30 minutes ago and a roach fell from the light fixture onto the kitchen floor. When I asked for a refund I was told I would not be given one that I had to go online if I wanted a refund.
Management and employees thought it was funny that I was upset about the roach and was even worse is when it fell from the light fixture, no one bothered to pick it up or clean it up. They just let it crawl underneath the kitchen equipment and said “every restaurant has roaches”
Honestly, I’m incredibly appalled by this experience and that it is a danger to people. I’m gonna report it to the health department, but I would like to speak someone from Bojangles

I’m from Cambridge Maryland down here in Florence South Carolina for a week taking care of my mother, I decided to go to Bojangles for dinner. Our purchase was a large order. The manager Whitney made sure that everything was hot and on time.
I ordered a sausage biscuit, but the biscuit was stale, and the sausage was rubbery. 🥺

I paid 2 much. They got my order wrong. I wanted the 5 piece combo. She rang me up for a large fry and large drink didn't get the chicken and when I told her I did get it she rang me up for 5 tenders. Won't be back.

My husband and I placed a mobile order when we went to the drive thru to get our food the person on the other end told us to "hold on" then proceeded to talk to the other employees about none work related stuff without muting the mic after waiting about 10 minutes she came asked about our order again and proceeded to tell us our order total (reminder we had already payed) the new total was almost double what we had already payed the manager came up to the window telling us to give her our card cause we didn't pay when we told her it was a mobile order she started yelling at the working saying she is getting fired we sat here for over 30 minutes just trying to get our meals before work we are now later for work because people aren't being trained management needs to do better

The people that work here are some of the most nastiest, careless, rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I came there this morning and the food was cold .. you can tell it wasn’t fresh. I wasn’t trying to be a menace so I just decided to warm it later. All I asked for was some more sugar and the lady crushed the sugar up in her hand and put it in the bag. After I drove off and opened my bag, I see nothing but sugar all over my food.

I go for the fresh and hot biscuits and honey some of the staff and cooks are wonderful but you always have the ones that mess it up for everyone else and it’s always the young ones with absolutely no respect. I think the company should be more finicky when it comes to hiring because you can have a great business but if your workers don’t have the right attitude then you will loose a lot of customers.
