My usual review of fast food is that it met (low) expectations. But this bojangles was a cut above. Service was friendly from all the staff I encountered. The biscuits were exceptional as well. My family has a new place to stop between Florence and the beach. Obviously well led from management.

I went to this Bojangles for lunch today around 12:30. I went through the drive-thru. When I pulled in, there were about six cars in front of me. Understandably, I expected to wait, but I waited in line for about 30-35 minutes. OKAY. So, I reasoned, that maybe someone had a big order. It happens, you know! But, the truth, the girl taking drive through orders made you repeat everything. I had my order, all ready to give it to her, but for a simple order, she was acting like it was the most complicated thing she had ever done. I get if she is training, but management should take her off of drive thru during a lunch rush. Finally, I pulled to the window and I was greeted by another girl, who asked me what I had. Isn't that your job? I was polite, I told her what I had ordered, and she shouted to the kitchen to fix another biscuit (I assume they forgot that I had ordered two). I was charged 17 dollars and some change. I asked for a receipt (because someone was going to pay me back for their food) and the girl says "I can't find it" ... okay... At this point, I was just ready to get out of this drive thru. They already had two cars pulled up waiting on their food, and I was afraid, after waiting for 40 plus minutes by this point, that I was going to have to pull up too. But, the girl gave me by bag, and I checked to see if they had put the other biscuit in there. No (not surprised) and they gave me a small fry when I ordered a large. I normally do not check my bag, but something told me I should because of the customer service so far. I told the girl that I paid for a large fry, and she asked "Do you want to wait on it?" - what kind of response is that? Not a "I'm sorry" or "my bad" - I said "no" because I did not want to pull forward and wait on something that I already paid for. The girl walks off, and I don't know what she was doing. Another worker in the back asked her "What's wrong, did that customer piss you off?" - I don't know if they don't realize that if you have your drive thru window open, the customer can hear everything said. - I got my large fry without a "have a good day" or "kiss my a" - I did not get my receipt. I guess it wandered off with the customer service, or maybe it never existed. Having worked in fast food and retail, I get how stressful it can get, but the extra comments and stuff can be had later on - or at least with a closed drive thru window. Word of advice, go when they are not busy, because obviously it is too difficult to be kind and do your job.
Stood here for 15 min, no one came up to help, the girl in there with "Burgundy hair" kept looking but never came to help. Upon entering she states "OH LORD" there was no food cooked at the front. Ridiculous- FIRED IS WHAT SHOULD

A little slow at times but the food they serve almost always looks good and tastes good. I ordered one the new chicken bowls. It only comes with two strips, but I'm good with that, rice beans and cheese. They sliced the chicken strips perfectly. The bowl was spot on. They layered it exactly how I would have. And of course the biscuits were spot on. This location is Supremes with me!

After paying for my order, I was ask to pull forward and it would be brought out. After 8min and 7 cars behind me had passed, I went inside to ask how much longer for my order. They then said they're waiting for the beans to complete my order and it would be 5 more minutes. It was not communicated to me how long I had to wait otherwise I would've change or cancel my order. I did not receive my receipt or the condiments offered with my order. In waiting for the beans and chicken bowl, I ordered a chicken finger box which apparently sat and got cold while waiting for my order to be completed. Was very displeased with today's experience.

This is a great restaurant. We have consistently been happy with the food quality, the employees, and the value. Can easily feed an adult family of 7 for under $54 with their larger specials, which is hard to beat nowadays.Parking: Easy parking with lots of spaces.

i come here ALOT!!! My family and I love it here. But every time we come to this location they always have us pull up to the door and we wait for 10mins + for 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. But there's been several cars behind us that have their food before us. Everyone is yelling inside all the time. And it's a little irritating especially when they aren't busy.
