I had a black raspberry sherbert was good I was greeted time. I pulled through the drive-through and took my order and drove to the window received a smiling face and help very courteous and professional level. We will be going back if you haven’t tried them try them. They are beside mellow mushroom and outback they also have a walk up window in the drive-through

My best friend and I go weekly. Flavors are good. Most of the time the staff is friendly and nice. Recently there are some different people working the window. We have been charged different amounts the last 3 times. We get the same thing every time. We asked about it and we were first told the prices increased ($3 on a small??). Sign did not reflect this. Next time we were told it was the correct amount and no matter how many times we did the math for them, they could not get it. Last time they said the prices increased again, but didn’t understand that what they were saying did not add up. They said the sign reflected the price increase. I told the young blond girl that it said $5.59 and she said it did not. We literally drive back around to see again and it still said $5.59 for the small waffle cone. We drive all the was from Claussen and pass another ice cream shop. It is a fun girl thing to do, but we decided that we will stick closer to home. You have a good business, but please educate the employees on how to ring people up.

I did a walk-up on a 94° Wed. Ordered a 3-scoop waffle cone. The choc/cookie/crumble, vanilla & choc chunk. Omg...fabulous ice cream, every flavor was superb! 🩷 I think the choc cookie crumble was my fav. 2 very nice ladies running the store, excellent service. Love it & def be back. Really loved that the ice cream is soft enough to eat right away....its not a solid rock .

Took my kids to get Dino sundaes. Something we do regularly as a family because it’s fun and delicious. We were told, very dismissively, that they don’t make the cookies anymore, which I have a hard time believing since they are still on the menu and since we just got them the other day. My son started crying and the woman at the counter started laughing. I will never come back to this location. The customer service deserves 0 stars.

Best Butter Pecan ice cream ever made.
