Had no clue how to make a Reese’s shake, also the ice cream was so bad and freezer burnt we threw it away. Do not go here!
5 minutes till closing on 11/16 at 8:55pm the staff at Brusters decided to ignore me and my spouse standing at the window and continue mopping the floor and left us standing there till 9:00pm when they turned off all the lights on us leaving us in the cold dark. What wonderful customer service.

Asked if a particular item was in stock and was told “no” in a very stern tone. Pulled up to window and employee said “I need to give her 4/5 minutes to take care of a emergency” kitchen wasn’t in flames so what could have been the emergency? Obviously had to poop really bad. Don’t take laxative before work next time.
