I did a walk-up on a 94° Wed. Ordered a 3-scoop waffle cone. The choc/cookie/crumble, vanilla & choc chunk. Omg...fabulous ice cream, every flavor was superb! 🩷 I think the choc cookie crumble was my fav. 2 very nice ladies running the store, excellent service. Love it & def be back. Really loved that the ice cream is soft enough to eat right away....its not a solid rock .

Took my kids to get Dino sundaes. Something we do regularly as a family because it’s fun and delicious. We were told, very dismissively, that they don’t make the cookies anymore, which I have a hard time believing since they are still on the menu and since we just got them the other day. My son started crying and the woman at the counter started laughing. I will never come back to this location. The customer service deserves 0 stars.

The employees need better communication. We ordered with a woman and she said the flavor we were ordering was out so we got something different. The next person in line behind us ordered with a guy, the same flavor that we were told was out and received it. Guess they did have that flavor after-all but the woman who took our order didn't know or didn't look. Not good for business.

I have never once been disappointed by Bruster's. Their service is second to none, their flavors are rotating so you're never bored, and the quality of their ice cream is perfect. If someone asks where to get the best ice cream, this is where I send them.

Strawberry shake was not what it used to be be, it was really liquidy instead of its usual thick texture and had little to no strawberry bits. 😕
