5 minutes till closing on 11/16 at 8:55pm the staff at Brusters decided to ignore me and my spouse standing at the window and continue mopping the floor and left us standing there till 9:00pm when they turned off all the lights on us leaving us in the cold dark. What wonderful customer service.

caroline, red hair lady i'm assuming to be the manager, god bless the employees if she is. needs a huge attitude adjustment and seemed lazy. was in a huge rush to sit down and get on her phone

Asked if a particular item was in stock and was told “no” in a very stern tone. Pulled up to window and employee said “I need to give her 4/5 minutes to take care of a emergency” kitchen wasn’t in flames so what could have been the emergency? Obviously had to poop really bad. Don’t take laxative before work next time.

WENT YESTERDAY TO GET SOME ICE CREAM AND THE EMPLOYEE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO LEAVE A TIP AND I RESPONDED NO THANKS. THE EMPLOYEE PROCEEDED TO RUN MY CARD AND WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY CARD BACK SHE DID NOT GIVE ME MY RECEIPT. THANKFUL I ASKED FOR IT AND REALIZED THE EMPLOYEE HAD GIVEN HERSELF A TIP!! ?? TO SAY I WAS LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! I WENT BACK AND CONFRONTED THE EMPLOYEE AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN’T REMEMBER !!! AS WE ALL KNOW YOU HAVE TO PHYSICALLY TYPE A TIP IN THE CREDIT CARD TERMINAL!! THIS IS STEALING ….. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF THIS BUSINESS !! I HAVE ASKED FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL!!! IF THIS IS “OK BUSINESS” THEN THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PLACED UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT…. AGAIN !!

Everything was delicious. They even gave us a couple of small samples. I got the Mint Chocolate Chip on a Waffle Cone. Wow!! Jake got the Oreo double scoop in a cup sprinkled with Butterfinger and something else. It was a nice treat that we all enjoyed. Definitely couldn't ask for more. Ladies working there were excellent and very nice. It helps when you are not sure what you want and are new to that business. We will be back soon and look forward to trying something different next time. Thanks Brusters!!

Bruster's ice cream business behind Outback Steakhouse. Their setup to only take walk up or drive-thru orders no indoor seating.I personally like to see the different ice creams but they are only listed on menu order board; perhaps if you do walk-up can see flavors. As far as ice cream I choose Jamaican me Crazy on waffle cone, tastes of coconut, chocolate, vanilla, very good. I also like that attached to bottom cone was a plastic drip catcher to avoid those sticky hand scenarios. Good amount ice cream for affordability.
