Let me start with the +ves. The place is clean, which is great for any restaurant. However, if they were arresting chefs and they arrested the guy that cooked my food, then they'd arrested an innocent man, because thats no chef. Worst food ive ever had in ages. Food needs flavor.

Anytime I go to Florence I try to change up on what I want eat, but I end up back at BTJ's. Friendly staff and good food.

Food is amazing! Service is just mediocre. And the place is clean on the inside but they always have the TV volume on full blast so you can not even talk to someone else while you eat inside.

Didn't know anything about this place at all let alone even it's existence! However, after stumbling across it on Christmas Day, when you know it seems that 90% of eatery's are closed, I decided to pull up and go through the drive thru. All I can say is...The food wasn't lacking at all! I got the 6pc chicken wings with the hot sweet sauce and accompanying fried rice with shrimp and sweet tea as the bev. Results?! I will be frequenting this place a lot more often now!

I’ll just say this;I’m willing to spend that $20.00 here, apposed to spending $10.00 somewhere else, if that means I’ll get a correct** order, a friendly, short conversation, and between when I place my order and pick it up, it’s always ready as soon as I walk in the door (sometimes minus the drink, but I’m not at all worried about waiting 1-2 minutes for that. I ain’t a Karen. ?)The only gripes I have are, firstly, I’ve noticed the crinkle style fries they serve become soggy very quickly in the tray on the way home.And that’s not even saying that the fries themselves are bad because they’re NOT! Just something that I believe could be better, in the future, if they so desire to alter it.And secondly, the cost of it. $20.00 feels a bit steep, but to me, with these guys, the price is just the price. ? I’ll pay it for what I’m getting. Can’t seem to find the same kinda service anywhere else, if I’m honest.Overall, I highly recommend BTJ’s. Very friendly and noticeably diverse staff, Awesome Philly’s & Wings (Honey Garlic Pepper is the best imo), and prompt, on time product delivery.
I visited on 12/22/23. The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious. I loved the Peach fountain drink. I will try the Lemonade next time. The place is clean and fresh. I will def return.
