Worst customer service I have probably seen . NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND FIRE ENTIRE STAFF !!! Waited 30 minutes when there was 6 or more tables available then additional 15 minutes to not even be served drinks so walked out and took my business elsewhere! This location is a joke .

Take out BOGO but still over a buck a wing - excellent dry wings. 4 sauces on the side were nice.

Problem - that drops the score - 20 wings, they charge additional for celery/carrots and blue cheese dressing. However, despite paying for 3 veggies I only got one pack. Disappointing!

BWW is my favorite place to eat! Love watching sports playing on the TVs and enjoy the trivia as well. Will I go back? YOU BETCHA!!!

The food came out really late and the warmest thing on the plate was microwaved Mac n cheese. We ordered Nashville chicken, desert hot rub chicken and burgers. Our wings came out almost cold room temperature and hard outsides the sauce looked dark and old not sure if we even got the right sauce. The waitress let us know there was no chicken tenders no problem, we ordered burgers with buns we even asked what type of buns the burgers had in the picture in the menu But when it was time to receive our food the burgers came out on Texas toast and smashed beef instead of regular Pattie’s, why not just say there’s no ingredients for the meal. Was excited to celebrate a special week with a nice late night meal at the only place open but I dont think they have reason to be open so late the kitchen and waiter communication is not ready to serve this late. There wasn’t even any one else in the restaurant barely for the food to be served like this.

Like usual it was noisy. Our server did a good job especially given they were short handed because another server quit.

Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was basically empty. There were 6 other patrons. Waited at the door for 15 minutes before being seated. Once we finally were, we were told they only had one server on duty and it would be a minute. It wasn’t. It was 25 minutes. Still no server so we walked out. Hate to say it but Burger King has better customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Waited 40 minutes for a pick up order, cold old fries, and hair in my food. The cooks don’t even put their hair up when they have long hair past her shoulders not very clean or sanitary

It wasn’t busy, yet service was extremely slow. We waited 10–15 minutes for drinks and 30 minutes for lukewarm food. Portions were small for the price, and the waiter was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

I did a moble order for 2 15pc wings, 3 flavors each. The wings were so dry but seasoned well. They were fried too hard and I had a rough time chewing them. This is the 2nd time I've had this experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. Couldn't take them back because my car was down I even tipped and still didn't experience good quality food, I spent $49.56 today. Last time for me.

Came in for Labor Day weekend for the game the staff wasn’t helpful the food was wrong and cold, we ordered drinks and one beer came half empty. The waitress was very nice and tried to help but the manager wasn’t doing their job properly. The manager was very unprofessional and rude constantly arguing with us. I contacted corporate and submitted a claim. I wasn’t going to make this post but because it’s been almost 4 months and no word from corporate because they are “investigating” I have to leave this review. Would not recommend.

believe it or not, first ever time eating here….my server’s name was harlow, she was nice and well spoken salute to her!!!!

Cold food. Poor service. And when a family member falls x2 in the bathroom we get dismissed because the manager advised she had non-slip shoes on.... implying that we all need to wear them. No assistance, shoot they didn't even take our name.
