Very bad service the waitress had a very bad attitude. She literally was rushing us to order our food. Our food came out with a delay in several items(cold)..appetizer fried pickles were so greasy..🤮We didn't receive no drink refills.Sadly we were over looked.- Sincerely unhappy customers..*P.S. -Don't waste your money or time here.

I wish I could leave zero stars as this was a horrible place to eat. We asked multiple times for silverware and dipping sauce, part of our order wasn’t brought out with the others so we had to continue to ask for it. Finally a manager who had been standing around came over and asked what was going on. When we did finally receive everything we ordered, an awful sewage smell started stinking up the whole restaurant. I nearly threw up at the table the smell was so bad. Just save yourself and choose someone else to eat!!

Me and my family went there tonight December 6 2024 by the Florence mall and they had no door greeter first off so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone from the kitchen came to seat us then when we got to our seats no server acknowledged us or even asked if we needed a drink so the manager had to come out to serve us after 30 minutes and pretty much was our server the entire time we were there because the other servers didn’t even come to our table even after the manager left and to make it bad we seen them go to other tables at least 4 or 5 times and didn’t even look our way … this was a terrible experience because in the food business this type of service is unacceptable and could ruin a business …

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a buffalo wild wings. Told to sit anywhere then wait 20 minutes for someone to come take a drink order then disappear then takes food order and never to be seen again food
comes out ice cold hair in the food and had to track down a waiter to get help wasted 2 hours to not even be able to eat it

We didn't get the channel at home to watch a certain football game we wanted to see so I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager, I think his name is Davie, and he assured me that he would put the game on any TV in the restaurant when we arrived. We sat at the bar and the waitress named Sunshine helped me get up onto the bar stool as i recently fell and brused a rib and was having some trouble. She was so sweet. We ordered wings with assorted sauces and our order was perfectly cooked to perfection when it came out. The manager I spoke to on the phone earlier came out and saw to it that we got to see our game on the TV right in front of us. Both Sunshine and Davie gave us excellent food and drinks and attention. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back. The wings were crispy yet juicy and meaty and some of the best I've ever had.

I always love the atmosphere in this restaurant. The food is always great. The burger I had order was cooked amazing and had good flavor. The server and staff was really nice and attentive. I am definitely going to come back again.

They need to clean their tables thoroughly, there were trash all over the floor, and I don’t think their bathroom gets cleaned up during the day.

The food and drinks were absolutely fine, the atmosphere was slightly comfortable. My only problem with this restaurant would be the service. Our server Colby was beyond disappointing, we were sitting for over 20 mins before he came and greeted us, getting our drink order and bring us our drinks took over 15 mins ( mind the restaurant was not busy at this time) after dropping off our drinks I noticed he walked outside to the patio and stood out there for more then 30 mins and came back inside looked at our table and walked off and came back another 10 mins later. You can only imagine how long it took us to get our food and by the time we got our food it was cold and at that point we honestly just wanted to leave. And the worst part about this experience is I noticed there was a server in the bar area that had more then enough tables and was getting them taken care of but our server had 2 tables and couldn’t even keep up with them. As a server my self I’m highly disappointed in the service I received because me personally I would never do that to my tables and I do not understand how a restaurant could allow someone to continue working without proper training

Placed online order at 5:50pm, was to pick up at 6:20. Got there at 6:15, got order at 6:40. Wings were OK, fries were cold. There was no help at the Pickup counter. There was a father son also waiting, got food same time I did, as we walked out they told me they had waited as long as me. Dad said he remembered why he hadn't been there in a long time. I won't be going back.

We had an amazing lunch today at BWW. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the service. We had a server named Meka, also known as sunshine, and her name says it all. She was simply delightful and as wonderful as the food. We asked Melissa, the manager, if we could sit on the side porch, even though there weren't many people, and she made it so. The Florence Buffalo wild wings is willing to help accommodate you in anyway you want,. The service was perfect and the food was wonderful. If you hadn't been here in a while, give it another try.

Buffalo Wild Wings has officially reached a new low. I ordered an appetizer sampler with nachos, onion rings, wings, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was a mess. It was as if the kitchen gave up trying entirely.

The service was equally horrific. There was only one server for the entire section, running around frantically while everyone else sat ignored. The manager didn’t bother to provide wait times to incoming guests. Every table in sight was covered in crumbs, grease stains, and leftover mess from previous diners. It felt like a scavenger hunt for a halfway clean spot, and even then, there was no guarantee you’d actually get served.

Hospitality was a joke. The atmosphere screamed chaos, and it was clear no one in the establishment cared or had any sense of management. Buffalo Wild Wings in Florence, SC has taken laziness and apathy to a whole new level. If you enjoy praying someone acknowledges you while eating subpar, borderline inedible food, then this is the place for you. For everyone else, save your time, your money, and your dignity!

Had shamika for our bartender and she was fantastic. Very friendly and on her game. Met Javier while we were there and really enjoyed talking to him. He runs a great restaurant. This will definitely be our new hangout
