Worst BWW I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for a hostess, before we eventually left. The restaurant was half empty, with more dirty tables than clean. It appeared on one, maybe two, waiter/waitresses were working. Place is an understaffed dumpster fire

I first discovered this place last year while at Logan Airport, and I was surprised I hadn’t heard of it sooner. Naturally, I looked for a location in my city and was excited to try it again. However, when I visited, I was quite disappointed by a strong, unpleasant odor inside the restaurant. It seems like the smell may be affecting the potato wedges as well, as I can feel the same odor coming from them.

That said, the quality of the burger is excellent, which keeps me coming back. I now usually just pick up my order and leave immediately due to the smell. I hope this issue can be addressed, as the food itself is definitely worth it.

We had an awesome server but we waited over an hour for cold food and one of our orders was wrong. And it is very over priced will not be back 😒

Ate supper here. My order is was pretty simple, cheesesteak with fries. My fries looked like they were cooked 30 minutes before my cheese steak. It took about 15 to 20 minutes before taking our order because workers just kept walking around and never acknowledged several tables waiting to order. After my food arrived, my wife’s took another ten minutes to come out. My guess was it was done but the waitress forgot to go back and check. She even came back and asked if everything was good? What? My wife never got her order. Not it’s not. We never once received a refill on my drink order. Asked for the bill, got the bill quickly then the waitress walked off again. Not waiting for my payment. I won’t be back. Sadly, I love BWWs but this location is always a let down. Not worth it. Go to Zaxby’s. Food will be cooked right then and it won’t take an hour for no reason. Not even busy either

Ms. Chyna, the manager, went above and beyond making sure the 100 wing order went smoothly for me and was also so sweet! I’ll be back because of her!!!!!

Very bad service the waitress had a very bad attitude. She literally was rushing us to order our food. Our food came out with a delay in several items(cold)..appetizer fried pickles were so greasy..🤮We didn't receive no drink refills.Sadly we were over looked.- Sincerely unhappy customers..*P.S. -Don't waste your money or time here.

I wish I could leave zero stars as this was a horrible place to eat. We asked multiple times for silverware and dipping sauce, part of our order wasn’t brought out with the others so we had to continue to ask for it. Finally a manager who had been standing around came over and asked what was going on. When we did finally receive everything we ordered, an awful sewage smell started stinking up the whole restaurant. I nearly threw up at the table the smell was so bad. Just save yourself and choose someone else to eat!!

Me and my family went there tonight December 6 2024 by the Florence mall and they had no door greeter first off so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone from the kitchen came to seat us then when we got to our seats no server acknowledged us or even asked if we needed a drink so the manager had to come out to serve us after 30 minutes and pretty much was our server the entire time we were there because the other servers didn’t even come to our table even after the manager left and to make it bad we seen them go to other tables at least 4 or 5 times and didn’t even look our way … this was a terrible experience because in the food business this type of service is unacceptable and could ruin a business …

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a buffalo wild wings. Told to sit anywhere then wait 20 minutes for someone to come take a drink order then disappear then takes food order and never to be seen again food
comes out ice cold hair in the food and had to track down a waiter to get help wasted 2 hours to not even be able to eat it

We didn't get the channel at home to watch a certain football game we wanted to see so I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager, I think his name is Davie, and he assured me that he would put the game on any TV in the restaurant when we arrived. We sat at the bar and the waitress named Sunshine helped me get up onto the bar stool as i recently fell and brused a rib and was having some trouble. She was so sweet. We ordered wings with assorted sauces and our order was perfectly cooked to perfection when it came out. The manager I spoke to on the phone earlier came out and saw to it that we got to see our game on the TV right in front of us. Both Sunshine and Davie gave us excellent food and drinks and attention. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back. The wings were crispy yet juicy and meaty and some of the best I've ever had.

I always love the atmosphere in this restaurant. The food is always great. The burger I had order was cooked amazing and had good flavor. The server and staff was really nice and attentive. I am definitely going to come back again.

They need to clean their tables thoroughly, there were trash all over the floor, and I don’t think their bathroom gets cleaned up during the day.
