Me and my family visited Buffalo wild wings last night. It was the worst experience we have ever had when we first came in. There were so many tables that were dirty. We stood there for a while then finally somebody said just pick a seat so we sat down a few minutes later our waitress came over, She got our drink Order she brought our drinks back and took our food order order which took forever stuff wasn’t right we didn’t get all of our order. We couldn’t find our waitress. She never came back to the table. We needed refills. There was only one other table in the place. All the tables were dirty. We finally had to ask another girl to get us refills and the stuff that we were missing then when we got done with our food we saw our waitress and she told us that they don’t give out tickets just to go to the register so we go to the register and there’s two coworkers to side talking We stood there for I know at least 10 minutes. I finally said something to the people that were talking. They were workers and they were like who was your waitress and I told him who it was so they went to go find her. We were checking out a man come from the bar with a whole glass of beer could barely walk was running into stuff. He was so drunk. He kept trying to walk outside with his glass. It was just the worst experience in my whole life at a food restaurant.

Just finished a meal here and I must say Bailey, the manager went above and beyond. He greeted us, took our orders with patience and humor! He is an exemplary manager and has amazing customer service. I will visit again, if I know he’s working!

I had friends stop by from out of town and this location was so short staffed that we all got our food at different times and 2 of the plates were cold. Very disappointing for their first visit to Florence When we arrived, there were 2 servers and not a lot of people. But that didn’t seem to make any difference. Managers need to do better

Food was pretty good no complaints there but service was not so great. Server didn’t bring silverware and it took about 45 min to get the food. Keep in mind the place was not busy it was at 12 noon.

Good menu with a lively atmosphere. House sampler was delicious with chicken wings, nacho, cheese stick, and onion rings. Had the traditional wings fried hard. And added a chicken quesidilla for good measure. Everything was on point. Had a virgin mojitoe mixed drink, was delicious. And im not gonna even mention all the tvs for enjoying the games. Great dining experience. Would've posted pics, but we were hungry. Oops, next time.Just recently went there, as always, chicken wings fried hard with sauce. ots is the way to go. Honey sirrachi, and garlic honey. Their new suces are very good.

Ordered an online order for delivery at 8:38pm. They took so long, my first delivery driver abandoned the order (Ala'Vionna M) and I'm now waiting on a second driver to arrive and deliver. (Whitney O). I'm still waiting on my food to arrive nearly an hour later and I'm only right down the road at the Holiday Inn & Suites. Not sure about the atmosphere, but I'm willing to bet that if and when my food gets here either something will be missing, incorrect, or it will be cold. An hour for 10 boneless wings and fries, a bottle of Pepsi, and some cheese curds is ridiculous.Update 1 - Currently 10:04pm. Almost an hour and a half since the order was placed and I'm still waiting for Buffalo Wild Wings to give my food to the driver for delivery. At this point you might as well shut the doors on this place if it takes 2 hours for a simple order. Either that or get a manager and employees that actually care.Update 2 - Currently 10:21pm. Still waiting. According to the restaurant they made my order so either the first driver took my food then dropped the order or the restaurant is lying or someone else took my order.Update 3 - FINALLY got my food at 10:51pm. Two hours and 13 minutes after placing the order. Changed the food to 4 stars because it was actually fresh since they had to remake the order, however it still took nearly an hour to make the order after they realized the order was stolen. Shoutout to Whitney for sticking with the order and for the good communication!Update 4 - Knocked the food from 4 stars to 2 due to the fact they forgot the fries. Got the 10pc wings with the cheese curds and Pepsi, but the fries were nowhere to be found.Will definitely be picking up my own food for the rest of the week here. Only reason why I didn't today was due to all the travelling I did. If you want it done right you gotta go yourself I guess.

My recommendation is to pass. Wings and other entrees are okay. Unfortunately, the only choice in Florence besides Zaxby's, and Zaxby's gets my vote for wings.

Took 10 minutes for someone to take out drink order and it wasn't busy in the restaurant. It was 9pm!After our food order was taken, it took about 40 minutes for us to get our food. My husbands whole sampler plate and my potato wedges were cold and she brought them to us while waiting for my chicken tenders because she knew they were there a while. But bring us cold food? Mozzarella sticks?! Apparently she was waiting for the tenders, which were burning hot while everything what we'd cold. Maybe the kitchen was the problem, but the waitress could have told them we've been waiting a long time. Autumn was busy, but she checked on us more after we got our food. It was 9pm and we were hungry, shouldn't have taken 40 minutes to get food at that hour! I won't be back again.
