My daughter and I were both sick soon after eating. Thankfully she put most of her burger in the trash can. My burger tasted funny, and I thought maybe that's how that kind of veggie burger taste. This is how I felt the last time I had food poisoning, and unfortunately I can't call out sick. I was very rudely handed my food.I will never go back to that Burger King again !

Doesn't matter what time of the day you go to this place you're gonna be waiting for food...no matter of it's 10 cars in the drive thru or 0...these high school kids who run this place don't give a damn about anything but a paycheck

I pulled up at the drive thru today and waited a few minutes for service. Nearly 3 minutes passed and no one says anything. Therefore, I pulled up to the pick up window and observe one worker standing at the front as if she's waiting for food to drop and be bagged, another associate walking past her going towards the back. They both look at me and no one comes to the window. After about a minute, the girl that went towards the back comes back to the window and asks if I had made an order and I responded that I didn't because no one ever came into the mic. At this point, the girl at the front, waiting for food, picks up her headset and speaks. Then the girl at the window picks up her headset as she is talking to me and comes with the excuse that the girl was having problems with her headset. So I ask if I have to drive back around to place an order and she says yes. Ummm nevermind, I went to Wendy's. Poor customer service skills SMH!!!

I went through drive thru for breakfast. Lady at second window was very rude! I tried to speak to her and she closed the door in my face. Whoever owns this establishment needs to seriously work on customer service. I won't ever go back.
