I pulled up at the drive thru today and waited a few minutes for service. Nearly 3 minutes passed and no one says anything. Therefore, I pulled up to the pick up window and observe one worker standing at the front as if she's waiting for food to drop and be bagged, another associate walking past her going towards the back. They both look at me and no one comes to the window. After about a minute, the girl that went towards the back comes back to the window and asks if I had made an order and I responded that I didn't because no one ever came into the mic. At this point, the girl at the front, waiting for food, picks up her headset and speaks. Then the girl at the window picks up her headset as she is talking to me and comes with the excuse that the girl was having problems with her headset. So I ask if I have to drive back around to place an order and she says yes. Ummm nevermind, I went to Wendy's. Poor customer service skills SMH!!!

I went through drive thru for breakfast. Lady at second window was very rude! I tried to speak to her and she closed the door in my face. Whoever owns this establishment needs to seriously work on customer service. I won't ever go back.

Got a whopper jr. Lettuce was bad . Found it half way through . Nasty.
So, order for curbside pickup from the parking lot, when my food was i went in side to pick it up and they said they did have my order! How about they have gotten these two burger kings in the same city with the exact address? One is east, and the other west. On top of this they told me that I had to call a number to get my $17.00 refunded when I called them. They told me they couldn't refund my money! Wow!

This is consistently slowest Burger King I've ever been to. I'm on a job close by and it's always a risk trying to get lunch here. And I swear none of the staff have higher than a 4th grade education ?
