The food was as expected. The main issue that we encountered was that we had to wait for a long time to get our order completed. A couple of times we had to ask if they were working on the order. It appeared that no one knew what they were supposed to do.

Customer service was horrible. Cashiers seemed to have an attitude over the intercom and at the window. They need better training or new employees.

Stopped here for drive through breakfast. Waited ten minutes for our order to be taken. No other cars in front of us( one car behind us. When we got to the pick up window, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming coming from the inside of the restaurant. No wonder the service was so slow.

I've been to plenty of burger kings and this one was by far the worse. The overall experience was disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes for our order, and the employee at the counter forgot what we ordered, which made things even slower. I also needed to change my toddler, but there was no changing table in the restroom, which was really inconvenient. On top of that, the soap dispenser was broken, so we couldnât even wash our hands properly. Definitely not the smoothest visit.

I have been waiting in car line for 25 minutes.. it took about 5 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted.. sucks super slow. I was stuck so I couldnât just back out..

The burger đ maker couldn't tell the difference between a double whopper and a single smh....then the gloves he had on he's was touching everything including his head....just nasty

40 minutes in the drive through, get to food window she trys to hand me someone else's order then proceeds to get mad at me because that wasn't ours. No apologies, no sorry for the wait, no receipt, no marinara sauce, melted ice and a rude person. The girl that took my payment was polite and professional. Then we get not so nice. Horrible experience overall, will not return.

Bathrooms were so disgusting. Your feet stuck to the floor. There were Flys all over the bathroom, even on the toilet. I had to pee so bad, and I just couldn't do it.
