Food is good matter of fact everything is good accept the service. This is by far the slowest of all the burger kings in Florence SC . They take forever to get you your food . And for God's sake don't there at night it might be morning when you get your food 😂 😂 😂

went to West palmetto burger King at 9pm wanted to try new shrooms mushroom melt delicious next night had to have another one delicious went back today at 1pm ordered another one and a bacon melt to try took them home and sat down to eat and was i angry both buns were not even heated like right out of the bread bag the cheese was cold and worse yet there was only about 7 slivers of mushrooms on my shroom not anything like advertised online or on the TV commercial took them all the way back to bk and told the woman manager my dissatisfaction and she gave me my order over checked them before I left and my shroom melt had about 8 small slivers of mushrooms In the middle of the melt took it back to manager and complained she said that's how much they supposed to put on it no no no not on my original two I had told her this and she said she would let the night shift know not to put so much on them had to accept my shroom melt with hardly any mushrooms on it I feel cheated and angry that it wasn't like on the internet and their commercial tasted like a cheeseburger not good service from lady manager

This place was clean, well kept and the ladies who were working here today were especially kind and polite. My husband husband came back to the table and told me wow they were very pleasant, a few minutes later one went to each table and asked how the food was. It is the small details and good people that make people come back and this would be my best Burger king experience in the US. I hope this message gets to management and they get recognition 1

I believe it was everyones first day. Even the manager. 3 times they had to make the same sandwich over. I said no egg on my fully loaded and all I got was sausage and cheese. Where's the bacon and ham? Next they forgot the bacon and cheese. Next was just ham and cheese.

If I could give ZERO stars, the rating would be too high. Rude, unprofessional and untrained workers and manager!! The restaurant is always filthy. The food is either always wrong or inedible. They never get orders correct, they close the store early without proper notice or reason, other than being lazy REGULARLY! This place needs to be shut down and the staff, ESPECIALLY THE GENERAL MANAGER, need to be sent to the unemployment line.

One of the cleanest and most friendly BK's I've ever been to!
I’m at 11:15 PM west palmetto location in Florence, the assistant manager TY, was on duty I got fries instead of onion rings, which isn’t that big of a deal so I just pulled up and the door was locked. He came to the door and even from the get-go at the ordering speaker; was very patient with me trying to get my daughters final changed 4 times order ? but just his energy altogether didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenient even though I was already trying to rush because I felt like coming in this late, knowing they were about to close was an inconvenient in itself so I give him 10 stars atmosphere 2 just because I went through the drive thru. That’s the only reason, but everything else is a solid 10 because of that assistant manager on duty; TY!!!! Thanks again.

If I give you 2 specific directions;
Make sandwich
Make sandwich without lettuce
And you cannot complete those 2 simple steps, you deserve LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE.
So, in short, avoid this place. Simple minded people that cannot follow simple instructions..
