Used the drive thru. Kinda slow, slower than normal but not horrible. Food was good but portions are much smaller.

Went through drive thru because my health bad from a recent hospital stay. Bought two seafood platters and replaced one side with a loaded baked potato which cost extra. $34 for two dinners . Terrible. Every thing over cooked. Grease should have been replaced a week ago. Not the normal I get there.

Amazing food amazing service. I still don’t like oysters. But no only certain people like that. It’s just not for me. There’s this one dude who was portraying a pirates captain, and gave people go to who at the end of their meal. They have amazing dessert. I would get their cheesecake dessert. Best cheesecake dessert I ever had would go again if I’m in the area is 50 bucks a person but I think that’s reasonable.

I visited your establishment the other day, and to my dismay, the fish I ordered was served cold. Upon returning today, I was served by my usual cashier a most pleasant young woman with braided hair, known for her cheerful disposition and diligent work ethic. She kindly honored the offer of a complimentary meal extended by the previous manager. However, the fish was, regrettably, once again served cold. Despite her informing the current manager of this issue, he did not deem it necessary to address me personally. I find this lack of engagement with a dissatisfied customer quite unacceptable. It is perplexing that your establishment employs such commendable staff, yet the management fails to extend the courtesy of a simple conversation with its patrons.

I wish I was able to rate the food. Went by tonight bc I haven’t been in years and wanted something lighter than a burger and fries or chicken. Waited at the drive thru without acknowledgment, even said hello at the speaker twice, so I drove off.

Order 0199. I didn't get 3 things on my order. Corn on the cob, sweet tea, and mountain dew. I called back and told them I didn't get the items. I asked for a refund but it was refused by the manger. I was there on4/30/2025 and I asked for the refund on 5/08/2025. I live 20 miles from the store.

Finishing meal as I type this. Prepared fresh, at 9pm. Hard to get a fresh meal that late at night. Cooked within 8 minutes. Second best captain d's I've been to.

Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve been to this restaurant many times over the years, but lately it’s has really gone down. The fish was ok nothing special but a lot smaller than it used to be. I get it cost are up. But the fries were VERY undercooked almost raw and were so full of grease they were inedible. The hush puppies were bad as well, gummy and no taste. Not sure if they were undercooked or what but they were awful. But most of all is the customer service! No hello, no what can I get for you, NOTHING . Young lady just stood there talking to someone else either in her earbuds or in the back not sure. Talking about not work. Took my order walked off before I even put my card in and oh yeah didn’t tell me the total either. Wish we had a long John’s silvers because I won’t be back here again.
