While we were eating 6/24. The COOK went to the men's room wearing his kitchen apron. He came out of the restroom still wearing the apron!! Wash your hands to? Disgusting!

It seems like shortage on condiments because they don't give you any tarter or cocktail sauce I don't know if it's extra but if you get a platter I expect at least more than one for the price

I WAS VERY, VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD THAT MY DAUGHTER AND I RECEIVED, ON 5/5, FROM THE FLORENCE CAPTAIN D'S. YOU COULD TASTE THE OLD OIL IN THE FOOD. THE SHRIMP AND FLOUNDER WERE FRIED TOO HARD. THE FLOUNDER WAS HALF THE SIZE THAN WE USYALLY GET. EVEN THE TEA WAS NOT GOOD. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
Food overcooked. Cooking oil used to cook food taste old. Will not be back.

Love the customer service ? ⬅️ thats the old review now when I came in the 2 female employees one Black and the other is white they stared at me as I ruined there conversation but I didn't let that affect me be I still order what I needed I used to like this captain ds but those 2 girls have attitude problems get help before working for the public. Food is still good though ? thats it.

I placed an order in the drive thru line for (2) 3 piece dinner. My fries were cold, my fish had black spots cooked on it. There was no tater sauce for either dinner.
